I had a problem with an canister purge valve on my

I had a problem with an canister purge valve on my vehicle. Lake repaired this issue and also diagnosed and repaired an unrelated issue that was causing significant problems vehicle shuttering flashing check engine light that I had attributed to the canister purge valve. I am extremely satisfied with the service team and their willingness to go above and beyond to give me confidence that my vehicle will not have this issue occur again. Driving the vehicle a significant amount of miles to ensure the issue will not come back has given me renewed confidence in my vehicle!

To whom it may concern William Stollman better known as Billy was my representative for the purchase of this vehicle. I was very pleased with the service that he rented on me. I’ve never been a fan of buying a new car and especially

I’ve never been a fan of buying a new car and especially going into a dealership and spending a whole day HOPING to get approved, test driving vehicles, trying to work with a salesman etc. but I can honestly say my experience at Lake Ford on South 27 was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. My salesman “Zack” was outstanding, very professional and courteous. He had my new truck ready to test drive as soon as I walked in the door. Was Greeted and welcomed by the whole staff, which I appreciated. I spent a total of three hours from when I walked in, test drove my new truck and in three hours later I had the keys to my new truck ready to go. The whole staff from Nick to Christian (Finance) that worked with me was outstanding, can’t thank these guys enough for the job they did and how I was overall treated.

Recently purchased a used Expedition from Lake Ford and

Recently purchased a used Expedition from Lake Ford and salesman Michael Myers. Michael was extremely courteous, friendly, and easy to work with through the entire process. I never felt pressured or had the feeling of being upsold. I had a mechanic friend of mine inspect the vehicle a few days after purchase and it checked out fine, with the exception of some wear on the front brakes and sidewall cracking on a couple of the tires. Michael had me bring the vehicle back in the very next day and both he and the service manager stepped up and corrected both issues at their expense. Michael kept me well informed throughout this process as well. They turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. I walked away as a completely satisfied customer. I highly recommend both Michael Myers and Lake Ford!
