Equinox oil change

Nice early and after hours drop off and pickup. Easy to pay online. It would be better if the service is updated to the Chevrolet application but it is not

Scheduled Maintenance

Colin Dresser makes all the difference when it comes to service! We bought a Volt in September of 2018, and we take it to Simpson for all maintenance. Colin has always been on the ball; he makes the customer comfortable and makes sure they are satisfied. Simpson Chevrolet, give this guy a raise! He takes care of his customers!

Exceptional service advisor James Simpson Sr. Experienced technician Cesar Ramirez. I purchased a 2018 Volt 30 days ago. I had a problem with the shift to park malfunction. Great Experience

Jesse helped us through the buying process and was very patient and was very helpful. We couldn?t quite pull the trigger and we came back 3 times to look and test drive the truck we wanted. On the third visit we drove away with a great deal and absolutely LOVE our new Silverado 1500.The whole staff was very friendly- Sean and Jesse and Martin were great!!

No mask for safety

One person in waiting room not wearing a mask alone. Spoke with service manager and he said it is not required. While others were outside in the hot sun because they refused to approach him. And to top it off, they charge $20 more for a oil change than other dealers but I was in a hurry. If your safety is a concern, I would not go to Simpson Chevrolet. Even the service advisor did not have a mask. In these times,. The public will support businesses that are safe and keeping their customers sale. As a Registered Nurse, I recommend starting away from Simpson Chevrolet in Lake Forest California. Stay Away
