Oil change

My oil change went quickly and efficiently. I was amused by the steering wheel condom that was there to protect me from the corona virus.

Friendly and reliable. Shot out to Matt, Joe, Chris, Josh, and Brian. Been a Boucher customer for years, as well as family and for family business. I ran into a major problem seven months after purchasing, but Brian and the Boucher team took care of me. Boucher will always have my business and recommendations.

I feel completley taken advantage of. You guys did what was in your best interest not mine. You also lied about my credit score and ended up costing me almost 2300$ more in intrest than what we could have done. I will never recomend you or go there again

New car

We found Diane Tompkins in 2010 when we were looking for a new car. We bought from her, then took our daughter to her and our mom. When we decided it was time for a new vehicle, there was no one else to deal with. We reached out to Diane and she delivered. Wouldn't go elsewhere!

Keep in mind when u quote someone the monthly cost of vehicle that it doesn’t count the little extra warranties that the final financing guy adds in for paperwork. Be up front with the extras

oil change

it was just an oil change The bad part was when I was told that Matt Warpinski no longer work there, you lost ONE Excellent service manager. He really knew how to work with the tech an when customers came in to talk to him with a question if he didn't have the answer right then he would get you the answer in a short period of time.

great service

Service was fine- one of my free oil changes. I would say that no one was observing social distancing or wearing gloves for door handles etc. so you all might want to help your staff understand the precautions that they need to take.
