I buy a vehicle once every 10 or so years. I enjoyed the shopping and research experience this time around. Dave helped me through the entire process and continues to guide me through my questions. Sorry and Thank you! I sold my minivan and needed to pick up my truck the same day to move my son. Dave, Josh and a few others ended up staying late Monday to make things happen. Joanne stepped in as part of the team to assist with some online help before I even had a chance to ask. Thanks again, Ken

This whole experience was a huge disappointment. Normally the service is better than this. As a long time Chevy owner and customer I’m Leary of using the service dept again. I even went out of my way to return the tool the mechanic left in my vehicle.

The customer service "Joe" polite and friendly and...

The customer service "Joe" polite and friendly and wearing mask. Explained what had to be done. Finished the car ahead of time and applied coupon to bill. No complaints there but I was amazed that some staff did not wear a mask at all times. Some came in and out of the waiting room without a mask or without it on. Customers were not required to wear a mask. My wait for my car was over three hours so I was very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting area. I would not recommend this service center to anyone who is conscientious about behaviors to control the spread of COVID-19 during this pandemic.

We appreciate your feedback. At Boucher, we’re continuing our commitment to keeping our guests and employees safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout all Boucher locations, both face masks and gloves are available to all guests upon entering and all qualifying employees are required to wear a face mask. We are doing what we can to enforce the state mask mandate. However, per the CDC, wearing a mask may not be possible in every situation for some people. Therefore, we are taking extra precautionary measures including floor signage in place to ensure proper social distancing and sanitizing/wiping commonly touched surfaces multiple times per day. First time here to have my oil and filter changed with tires rotated. Good job. Down side was taking an hour to get this work completed even with my appointment. I purchased my Car new in 2019.

My only complaint is that the windshield washer fluid was low when I picked up my brand new car. Not the worst thing ever, but come on..... I would still recommend.
