Barry is the Best Helper!

Found a car of interest on the Internet, and took a ride to "Stanleyville), (which I had never heard of,) and met Barry Hardee, the original seller of the vehicle in question. Barry is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. And, since the whole point of this trip was to see this perfect car, the only thing we had to say was, "Barry, help us buy this car!" Needless to say, he did, and we're happy he did. We feel we've made a new friend!

Routine oil change

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change/tire rotation. This was my first visit to your facility, my second Chevrolet dealership visited for an oil change since my move to Richmond in January. As a former out of state Chevrolet dealership employee, I always judge/critique stores I visit. My advisor, Ted, was courteous and polite. His ETA for the completion of services was fairly accurate, and the property, inside and out, was immaculate. I drove past another Chevrolet dealership to visit your store and after the positive visit I had, I'll continue to do that in the future!

Fast & Dependable

I brought my Chevy Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation, under the warranty, and they were able to complete the work on my vehicle very quickly. I was on the road again and off to work within about an hour! Nice job!!

Great Service!

Unfortunately I was having issues with my 2011 Malibu for the first time, but the guys at the dealership were AWSOME. I was provided a vehicle to drive, and we were kept informed of the progress. In the mean time I was looking for a new SUV. Barry Hardy listened to what I wanted including the price range and found the exact SUV, including the color and all of the bells & whistles. I am truly happy with the service I received from start to finish!

I have owned Lexus Mercedes Infiniti and BMW's was...

I have owned Lexus Mercedes Infiniti and BMW's was reluctant to give up superior service to go to domestic product. I have been amazed at the fact that service has been the best I have ever experienced and to go back would be a step backwards.
