It was a great experience to work with the service

It was a great experience to work with the service advisor Jasmine. Was very passionate and helpful with my windshield issue. I think you are very lucky to have her on your staff.

Xavier did a very good job when I stopped by on Saturday.

Xavier did a very good job when I stopped by on Saturday. I called ahead to ask about what I was looking for, and when I stopped by the location to make the purchase, he was very on point.

Our experience was very good from test drive to going

Our experience was very good from test drive to going home to talk it over to driving it home less than 11 hours later thats very good. I insisted on very minimal at dealer interaction and they accommodated our wishes. This experience with Son's Honda was probably the best experience we have had with a dealer to date. When the time comes and we need another automobile you can be Son's Honda in McDonough will be our first stop. Ask for Carlton he will treat you right.

When I brought my Passport in for an oil change, I was

When I brought my Passport in for an oil change, I was quite surprised at the level of service I received initially. I was greeted by a man and I asked if I could get an oil change. He was very nice and said he would get someone. I waited about five minutes and a very nice young man that came to me explaining that someone would be with me shortly as the car behind me was scheduled appointment. I thanked him. After another ten minutes I went inside and asked a man sitting at a desk that was facing the cars if someone could sign my car in for service. He was very nice and said they were shorthanded but he would find someone. He returned after a couple of minutes with a clip board in hand and said he would check me in for JASMINE. I was escorted to the waiting room. JASMINE approached me and shared the results of service very nicely and said she would bring the car around in about ten minutes. When the car was ready I left. When driving shortly after my Tire Pressure Warning Light came on showing that all four tires were at 39 lbs of pressure. I turned back to return to Sons to address the problem only to be faced with terrible bumper to bumper traffic. I was able to pull in the service center at 5:55. It was obvious that the employees were beginning to lock up for the night. I told " the room" that when serviced earlier and my tires were rotated, the pressure had been incorrectly set I noticed that Jasmine was retrieving her bag to leave. She never spoke to me or ever looked at me. She got a tire pressure tool and tried to go out the middle room door which had already been locked. She said something to the nice young man locking doors and told her to use the next door. I had been standing there holding the door open the entire time. With a disgusting look on her face she walked past me to the back right tire and began testing and adjusting the pressure. She never spoke nor even looked my way. When she finished she walked inside, grabbed her bag and disappeared. I checked the digital read out which showed that she left my front left tire at 27 lbs and this was highlighted in red. I showed this to the gentleman that originally greeted me and he said he would find someone. Eventually two men that I hadn't seen before greeted me nicely and said he would take the car to the bay and take care of the problem. He was very nice and the issue was resolved. At some point I was told that Sons was closed. I said I got here before you closed at 5:55 and I couldn't drive to Newnan with the tire pressure being unsafe. I asked where JASMINE was and it was obvious that she had left. Her rudeness was uncalled for and her attitude was totally disrespectful. If I didn't have a contract for service at Sons I would never return.

I took my Honda Ridgeline in for service to Sons Honda in McDonough,Ga. They are a really great dealership, the service dept is so friendly and knowledgeable and they keep you informed about what is going on with your work. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership since they have been in business and they have always treated me fairly, professionally and made sure I was satisfied. I tell everyone about Sons Honda!
