Highly Recommend!!
When I was considering buying a Subaru, I started asking around for the best dealership. I was consistently told to buy my car at Sommer's. I have since bought two Subaru Outbacks and experienced a very smooth and hassle free purchase both times. As far as servicing, I have always had a positive experience every time. The employees are professional, prompt and courteous.When my first Subaru was unexpectedly totaled, Derrike Cosby was incredible making sure that I got the exact car I wanted without any hassle. John Scudder (the manager) was also was incredible and made sure the purchase experience was optimal. Charles Cline is awesome at ensuring you know all of the latest tech and features in the car. I highly recommend going to Sommer's Auto!

I have been dealing with Sommer's for 40 plus years. Joe has been the salesman I have dealt with for the last four Buicks I lease. This is my third Encore. Just one phone call regarding ending my lease, Joe knew what I wanted, found a car, and I was happy to get lower lease rate.

Excellent experience.
We came in to trade up from our 2014 Forester and had a great experience. Jen DuPuy scheduled our appointment and setup a meeting with Alex Higgs. A demo car was available for us when we arrived and Alex answered all of our questions. Our second time buying from Sommer's and not disappointed. Very impressive customer service at Sommer's.

This was a very unusual urgent situation since I was in...
This was a very unusual urgent situation since I was in need of a new vehicle right away. A tree fell onto my car and totaled it. I contacted Alex who pretty much take car of everything via email and phone within a couple days I had my new vehicle. This is the second time I've worked with him and this dealership...it was great!

I have been quite impressed with the Sommer’s automotive dealership in Mequon, Wisconsin. My salesman, Alex Higgs has helped with all aspects of the 3 purchases I made over the past 7 years. He is really a professional and made sure I was happy with each vehicle. I will surely contact him when I am ready for my next vehicle!
