Jim Naus Purchase Experience
When I stopped by the dealership I didn't intend to purchase a vehicle. However, Jim was very accommodating without putting any pressure on me. In the end, I told him what I needed in order to purchase a vehicle and he met those expectations with very little back-and-forth. I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

Exceptional car buying experience!
I have been a loyal Sommer's customer and Subaru owner for nine years, and have always been very happy with the customer service. I had been interested in upgrading my Crosstrek for an Outback, and Jim Naus went out of his way to make the experience as easy and painless as possible. I was able to trade in my Crosstrek and drive home with a new Outback in a matter of hours. Jim's calm and pressure-free style was so welcome in what can be a very overwhelming situation. I couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience and will recommend Jim and Sommer's to anyone looking to buy a new or used car
