Very friendly people

Took my 2015 Cadillac srx in for a recall the service was great William Tellez Marti.was very professional.an knowledgeable and highly motivated to help and the technician. Kenichi waterman did a fantastic repair job the service was great and the service ladies were very friendly would take my vehicle to them again. THANKS FOR The GREAT SERVICE.(5)stars.

Made appointment to get my drivers window replaced due to...

Made appointment to get my drivers window replaced due to scratches caused by a wire harness in door. Service lady said at 24,000 miles the 18 bolt is out of warranty. I said no problem I bought the extended warranty. She said that won’t cover windows. I said no problem I have full glass coverage. . I showed her the scratches and said it’s hard to see right here because the car was soaking wet from days of rain. . I waited there for two hours then the service lady said your all set. It will be $60. I said is it all fixed. She said the tech wiped off the rubber molding and guessed a piece of dirt caused the scratches. I said did they replace my window. , she said oh no we don’t have window glass here that has to be ordered for several hundred dollars. I said why did I come here then . I made the appointment to have the window replaced, nothing was done after 2 hrs and you want $60. She said let me go talk to the manager. That’s what I hear every time I’ve had a problem. “ let me go talk to the manager “ because she’s not allowed to make any decisions on her own. I have reluctantly brought my two Bolts to this dealership because it’s the only Bolt dealer for 100 miles. . Now they are out of warranty, I don’t ever want to set foot in this service department again. A poorly run dealership service department. Three years of terrible service including a brake xxxx for $700. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with .Ed Shults Cadillac chevrolet of Jamestown. .

I recently purchased a new 2019 Chevy Trail Boss and took...

I recently purchased a new 2019 Chevy Trail Boss and took this vehicle to Ed Shults Chevrolet for repair of two factory recalls and a leaky back window. My vehicle was returned to me with grease on the interior, a misplaced dome light, gouged interior handles, water stained headliner, and scratches to the exterior. Three attempts to correct the problem and my vehicle is now destroyed. Management took no accountability for the negligence of the repair technicians and told me that the gouges to the paint were because my vehicle is “black” and that there is no way to resolve the issue. Unprofessional management. Poor quality repair. Faulty service.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I had my car detailed and they did a great job. Upon arrival Bob W. welcomed me with a big smile and was very helpful. I will surely be back.

Very pleased with Bob everyone very helpful. Vehicle done when promised. Vehicle was returned washed. The repair cost was the amount quoted. Very pleased with entire experience

Thanks!

Took a long time deciding but was never rushed and Maggie was very patient with us. Gave us good advice and ultimately I know I made the right decision buying a 2014 Subaru Outback. Between the time of purchase to picking up my new vehicle, my old Subaru quit on my way to work one day. When I called Shultz to see if my new car was ready, they immediately offered me a loaner. I was so grateful! It helped me out immensely since I drive back and forth to Erie each day! So impressed with their assistance! Thanks Shultz! I’ll be back next time!

New to me Truck

my salesperson, Heather... awesome... showed up bright and early at dealership, looked at vehicle, Heather answered just about every silly question i could think up... stayed right with it thru the whole process .. i knew what was going on every step of the way... drove home with a "new to me truck" that day after lunch... I hope i don't have to purchase a vehicle any time soon.. but for sure this will be my first stop...

Repair to my 2012 Chevy Avalanche

Excellent service as usual and treated like you should be...couldn’t ask for anything more! Reed, Bob, and Cindy are the best and should be commended for their work!

The FIRST time I talked to the young Lady to set up a service date for my vehicle told me that it would be a good experience. She was kind knowledgeable and went out. Of way to speak to a hearing impaired person.The service rep was also the same way. After my dealership closed, tells me this dealership will be my next visit. KUDOS all sound for these people!
