Fantastic experience during each step of the buying process. Was easier than prior purchases at other dealerships. Very accommodating to questions and knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I like to buy locally when I am able to so I was happy to have found a car that checked off all of my required boxes for bells and whistles right in my hometown.

Had a timing chain done. Engine began to whine when I...
Had a timing chain done. Engine began to whine when I came to pick it up. Was told it was air in power steering and I should drive it for a couple of weeks. That didn’t work. They looked at it again and said it was the steering gearbox. That wasn’t it either. They didn’t tighten up the power steering pump fittings and ruined it. Dan Dralle said he did not actually do the work and that he was glad I finally got it fixed. Problem with this is Dralle caused the problem an additional $900. Bad experience.

Whatever you do please avoid this dealership their service department and the management team their is extremely disrespectful. They have no care in the world for your time or customer service. Dan the service manager was extremely rude, disrespectful and called me a liar in front of other customers. They had my vehicles for 13 days for a simple fix and called me to the dealership twice before the car was ready. They also broke my cruise control in the process and had the audacity to make it seem like they gave me a good deal. In the market for a car now and I will never go back.

RUN FAR AWAY
Car was in the shop over 2 weeks. The service manager Dan was awful he essentially called me a liar to my face and was very disrespectful. They have no care in the world for customers and summoned me 3 times to the dealership and only the 3rd time was my car actually finished. Also during the repair the dealership actually broke my cruise control and claimed " we don't know what happened or how to fox it" my car is a 2013 Chevy Cruze and this is a chevy dealership.... please whatever you do don't waste your time here, take your money and buisness anywhere else.
