The Service Department at this dealership is HORRIBLE,
The Service Department at this dealership is HORRIBLE, and that's about the nicest thing I can say. They have had my Chevrolet Tahoe for two weeks for a simple repair and still haven't completed the work. To make matters worst there is absolutely ZERO Communication from them. I have to try and chase them down every single time for an update and it takes multiple days to get a response. All calls go to voicemail and calls never are returned. They say the service advisor will respond to a text message fastest, and that's false too. I will NEVER purchase a new car from these clowns because they lack even the slightest hint of delivering any resemblance of what might be recognized as "customer service". Oh, and try tracking down the GM, Jonathon Dixon, he doesn't return calls either so I guess it's a trickle down culture of let's just leave our customer's hanging because we don't give a XXXX about their business!! If that's the goal, then this dealership is truly exceeding its goal!!!!

I’m 66 years old and purchased my first lemon from these
I’m 66 years old and purchased my first lemon from these guys. I realize it was a used and “as is” vehicle but really surprised that a dealer of this magnitude didn’t check out the vehicle better than they did. Realized the a/c didn’t work on the way home with it(it was in December 2023) A terrible smell started coming from the vents. I’m assuming dog urine since there was dog hair in all the cracks and crevices. One month after purchase the rear differential has got to be replaced. I know it’s on me since I signed the papers. I’m just really disappointed in the dealership. I’ve purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership that I can recall. I thought maybe they’d be willing to help me out the differential but I was wrong.

I tried to call to make an appointment for an oil change
I tried to call to make an appointment for an oil change I got the answer machine saying to leave a message he would call me back. Waited awhile after leaving my phone numbers but they did not call me back. So I went online to their website and made my appt for friday. I was told on arrival to my appointment that I had made it online and they did not honor appointments made online so they could not service my vehicle but I could leave it. He knew that I had made the appointment and yet did not call me (my phone number is on the website) to let me know and noone ever called me from the voice mail that I ha left on the answer machine.

I took a vehicle in to get serviced they said it was ready never test drove it wasn’t fixed I carried it back 1 hour later and they billed me for both visit. And also concluded they couldn’t repair it Only care about the dollar not the customer Have both bills for the same day to prove it. Find another dealer.

After having an awful experience trying to get my car
After having an awful experience trying to get my car fixed. I explained here in a review what had happened and received notice that they had figured out the problem. So after four months my car was fixed. They realized the inconvenience and did not charge the $1383.24 bill. This was extremely generous.

Took Cadillac in Aug.2 paid $138.88 ordered part. Part came in Aug.25 waited two hours and was told part did not work and had to reorder. Part came in Nov. 28 said needed car overnight. They did not call so I called at 3:30 and left a message also at 4:00 with message 4:30 got someone who said part did not work and had to reorder.
