So helpful

Everyone was super nice and helpful. We told them the price range we needed to stick in and they stayed there. They didnt add unnecessary fees that other dealerships tried to that I visited before making this purchase. They also did a once over on the car before I bought it and when I said I noticed an issue with one of the windows they fixed it right away, gave me a loaner, and didnt charge any extra. I've heard before they were nice, but they still blew my mind with their outstanding customer service.

Shady, will sell car from under you. Tried to sell me a new Honda when that’s not what I wanted....will not ever go back and don’t recommend anyone does.......

Bad servicr

I took my car here for an airbag recall. The car was returned to me damaged. Mike Patton, the parts and service director, refuses to fix the damage done by his staff. During our discussion he lied to me about the process in which the airbag inflator is changed. I had to verify this with 2 other Honda dealerships. He claimed the dash was never removed where the damage is located. Both the service supervisors i spoke with said it is not possible to change the inflator without removing the dash. There is no integrity or accountability at this dealership.

great experiences with service and sales

When my older Honda needed replacements for some worn-out suspension parts, the service advisor gave me accurate info and reasonable pricing and helped secure a loaner car while the parts were on order. He also informed me about some additional repairs that could wait a while longer but didn?t try to pressure me into doing them right away. On other occasions they have done a good job with routine maintenance. The courtesy car washes are nice, but a couple of times the washes have been lacking. On the sales side, the Internet department was a pleasure to work with. After a low-pressure process we reached a good price and made a deal. Post-sale service has been excellent, and the single ?we owe? item was completed rapidly. In all departments everyone has been polite, respectful and responsive to my questions and inquiries.

Great experience

Far and away the best car/truck buying experience I have ever had. Great price. Great truck. Superb sales staff. Everything was handled flawlessly.

They tell you anything to make that sale

Very disappointed with my experience here. Bought a 2013 and was told they would put new tires, new battery, new windshield & new headlight. They did put new windshield & new headlight, no new tires or battery. I've had nothing but problems after they made the sale. Service after the sale is AWEFUL! Asked WHY new tires were not put on, response was: because they gauged the tires that was on it and they were still in very good condition. What?! When you tell someone you are going to do something, do it!

Service Dept.

I was really in a bind yesterday with time and the issues I had going on with my car. I needed to have a full service done plus a tire repair so I could get back to work and the team at Bob Boyte truly made a lasting impression on me. The young lady that answered my call took down some information and had a service manager personally call me back to see what was going on and see to it that I was helped in a timely manner. I will continue to buy my cars and have them serviced at Bob Boyte as long as I can. The service team there went above and beyond my expectations and that is what makes this dealership what it is. Job well done!

Very Helpful!!

I am in my early 20s and this was my first time buying a car. After getting the run around with other dealers I decided to try Bob Boyte Honda in Brandon. Steve Reeves was sooooooo helpful and friendly with me & I chose a car that same day. He assured me that they would work out a great deal for me & that's exactly what they did. I am LOVING my Honda Civic & I will always recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a good deal! :-)
