Worst place to buy a vehicle. Don't do it!!!!! Recently bought my wife a 2011 Honda pilot. Sales team and everyone was on point and super nice. Drive the car home and check engine lights start going off. Take it to our mechanic in the morning and 19 codes had been swiped clean off the dash. Electrical system is about to go. Vehicle had no catalytic converter. The owner and receptionist said "it's okay to drive without a catalytic converter." They said they wouldn't do pay HALF of it and we pay the other half. Mind you this car was purchased less than 12 hours ago. Offered to put us in a worse vehicle for $1k more. We got our money back!!!!!!! Do. Not. Go. Here!!!!!!!!!

For your viewing pleasure.... This is a diagnostic test run on a vehicle I just bought from Select Automotive in Virginia Beach, who's dash lit up like a Christmas tree on the ride home with her... My time with them started off good April is the Sweetest Sugar ever and the rest of the sales team is genuinely really nice.. Even the owner's son, I believe he is George Jr, is just charming as a box of lucky charms. I was never disrespected throughout this whole ordeal... Except when Jr lied repeatedly to my face and tried to gaslight the everliving hello kitty out of me when I brought this xxx back. That poor sweet baby boy tried to tell me, (and now mind you, I have this whole entire HILARIOUS conversation recorded 😭🤣) ya'll, get this .... The baby tried to tell me that my Honda Pilot 2011 was perfectly legal in the state of Virginia to be on the road with a non-functional catalytic converter. He told me it would pass VA state inspection.He was proud to say it passed where he took it.. Uuuhhhh,no joke Jr.Of course it passed.It's YOUR state inspector. (I can't make this ish up..)He also told me it would give my engine BETTER performance and give me BETTER gas mileage... 💀 That's just a wee bit of what he lied to me about. Y'all know me. You know my background. Ya'll know that didn't fly. So, negotiations begin. (All recorded) He will fix the oil issues with the car and nothing more. Because according to him and his dear old Daddy, nothing else effected the drivability of the vehicle. Again I'm 💀. Did y'all take a gander at the diagnostic report ran by a $25k machine at a VERY reputable, well established, local, private owned(no chains here. Support local businesses) mechanic shop... Did y'all see that report???!! 😭😭🤣🤣🤣 Nope, not doing it. So, y'all also know I'm stupidly fair, and kind, and I adore giving people the benefit of the doubt. So, he says he can put me in something else.... Proceeds to show me a Suburban that reeked of cigarettes so bad it was hard to drive. And the entire dash looked like someone kung foo kicked that sucker. No thank you. Also the body rust and poor bonding didn't impress me much either. 😭 So, back to the drawing board with the Honda Pilot... I really liked it. It was nice ... Nice and falling apart under the hood .. 😭 Jr says, let me talk to Dad and see if he'll fix the things.... Nope, Dear Old Dad isn't going to fix anything. He's going to put it right back out there on the lot and sell it for $35,000 over the asking price for a used 2011 Honda Pilot. Let's just say, I got a few points across, because ya girl might talk with that Southern accent, but by God, I am far from dumb. I'm probably one of the few people that has ever gotten a full refund from these wankers. Moral of the story, they have no morals. They are grimy and just gross. They sell bad vehicles. They will lie straight to your face and not give two hoots. Don't buy the grey Honda Pilot 2011,black interior, 3rd row seating and slight hail damage to the hood. The codes are getting wiped and you're getting a xxx. The BBB was really interested in what I had to say. So were some other folks. Ps I have receipts for every word I said. I can even play back to THEM, every word THEY said. 😁 Select Automotive, get it together. PPS After the Suburban, they wanted me to try a mini van. I HATE them with a passion, and I was also just DONE at that point. To be fair all the way around. Oh, and one last thing... The front of that shop I took the SUV to is run by a female. And that female just so happens to have more vehicular knowledge than any one man I know, full mechanics included..... Do not buy a car here I purchased a car and two weeks into it the brake system light came on and five months later the transmission completely went out around Christmas, which cost me thousands of dollars for their shop to fix. Anita who sold me the car was so nice and when I called to complain she basically gave me her xxx to kiss. Owner son is rude and arrogant and talks to you like a kid. Resulting to other measures they put maybe 500 towards it. It was a hard Christmas for me and my children because of this😔. Fast forward to last Friday, the transmission they replaced has once again burnt out and mechanic I towed my car to said Ms. Thompson car is done and also had an illegal piece on my fuel line. I graduate in May and my family was going to pay it off next month as a gift. Mechanic even said I wouldn’t put anything into this car brake system rusted and all underneath. I was a couple of days like 12 days old late on payment also caused by it breaking I’m thinking they towing my car to shop the whole time I unknowingly turned my car over to repossession people. I have gave these people almost 10,000 dollars on a car that wasn’t even worth 13,000. I have been paying 3 years and have been late a week a couple of times, but now all of a sudden when I bring this too their attention they call upstairs to their collections department and repossess my car. Now the finance wants me to pay 500 adment fee, 450 repossession fee, and two months car payment and the car is horrible.They got me good but god don’t like ugly or greed but I will not pay on a piece of trash car. I am a single mother in college trying to do the best I can I am not paying thousands on a xx car. Check this website out theses are the real

Scam ..they will repo ur car for being late 3 days and I don't mean after 30 days late..then u will have to pay repo fees, tow fees n next 2 months..don't go here
