Staff was very knowledgeable and polite. They communicated with me and let me know exactly what was happening while my car was in the service dept. They also completed the repairs in a timely manner and at the time they promised. I was very impressed.

I came in looking for a manual Corvette Stingray. Shaqueal James spent the time to show me the qualities of each type of car and took me on two test drives to help explain the difference. I appreciate his patience and helpfulness.

I stopped in at the quick lane for an oil change. Kirk Garrett pleasantly greeted me and offered assistance. He evaluated my auto information and based on the age/mileage, recommended the dexos change. I went ahead with the oil change and the truck was ready earlier than the estimated time. I'm very pleased with the service and the price every time at this location. Wonderful team!

I would never go anywhere else. Brian is fantastic, always up front about everything, and I never feel taken advantage of. I'm not a huge fan of the remodel though, the overall feel of the place is a lot less inviting.

While I was disappointed that my heater core went out in my truck, however, after 14 years I can't complain too much. I was very pleased how Ed Bozarth responded to and repaired my truck. Knowing quite a bit about cars and I knew the heater core is a big job, not complex, but time consuming because of the location. I thought the bill would be around a $1000. I was a little surprised it was $1400, and probably could have had it done for less at a small shop. Nevertheless, I have always had GM to ALL MAJOR WORK ON THE TRUCK. I was also very pleased I got to talk to the tech that did the work to understand what he did, how he did it, and if he saw any other problems with the truck. I was very impressed after talking to the tech. I hope I have the ability to request a specific tech next time. Thanks GM, and Ed Bozarth.

For the most part, it was a good experience with great service. I was disappointed with the shuttle service back to my office, causing me to be over an hour late for work. I used the shuttle service once about 3 weeks prior, and it was great.

I brought my car in for an oil change and a recall, they had it done in an hour. Took the shuttle service to the mall, the driver was great

Kirk was great to work with. He sent me reminders of the appointment, explained everything that was being done to my vehicle in a language that I could understand and told me about better deals than I have been getting from a competitor for oil changes. And most importantly, he knew me by sight after only meeting me once, weeks earlier. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was in an out in a timely manner and the shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. Had a great experience.
