This was my second time buying from Matthew Motors.

This was my second time buying from Matthew Motors. The second time was a charm. The salesman was nice and positive in everything he spoke to us about. Then when it came down to signing off on everything, seems technology has changed since my last purchase. The financial officer was easy to talk to and he did things quick all while explaining what I was signing. A lot of this were repetitive and he explained that too. It really was a great experience the second time around. Best part of all, MM help me start a new car insurance and it was at a good rate.

Good customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone else looking for a car to go to Matthew motors and tell them to ask for Queen she really made things easier

They were quick and efficient everyone was nice and happy

They were quick and efficient everyone was nice and happy to help. I would still give them 5 stars even though a couple of my questions were not NECESSARILY addressed prior to me asking them. Either way prices were good everyone was nice and everything was quick and easy.

Very deceptive.

Very deceptive. Sold us a jeep that they either didn't check before putting on the lot or they just didn't care. They reset the lights for the ABS system and they came on the next day. We called and called and left messages..finally took the jeep up there to get the tag they never told us was there. I made an appointment for service to fix whatever was causing the ABS lights to come on and because the key fob looked like it had been chewed on and never locked or unlocked the doors. They wouldn't have another key made by they dud NOT tell us about the one we got. We bought this at night and alot was not shown it was really pushed. Now we are told that the jeep needs $4800 worth of work done that the extended warranty they talked us into buying does not cover. Not to mention we have to buy a key fob out of pocket. I will not recommend them ever . Do not go here to even buy a bicycle. They lie just to make a deal but this will not keep customers coming back or get recommendations. We had that jeep a day when all this started. There's no way the brakes, rear axle, ABS light, traction control light, cruise control, key fob, oil leak, bad emergency brake pads, bad rotors and whatever else they didn't tell us about happened in 1 day. They talk a great game until they rope you in then they just don't care.

I was a friend of the late Steve Matthews, The Walking

I was a friend of the late Steve Matthews, The Walking Man's friend and he was. I recently purchased a vehicle from Matthews Motors. I based this decision on the Respect I had for Steve, however GONE is that level of quality. Had a battery light on during the test drive that was to have been repaired upon my return. After picking up the vehicle the light returned. I repaired it myself. Now the rear brakes are squealing and I'll have to replace them. If I had this to do over, I would pass. I'm going to pay for my purchase and not recommend anyone to Matthews Motors again. Oh, did I mention having the front end aligned

We were greated as soon as we got out of our car.

We were greated as soon as we got out of our car. And Mohammad was very kind and talked to both of us which I thought was nice he was good at asking us both questions and answered all of ours. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.
