The staff at the Rosenberg Gilman Honda Center were great great 👍 great @ Olu Thompson walked us through the details ,very patiently answering all concerned questions and just a great guy .@ Jose (the account manager Thank you somuch .the celebration music gets pumped up to go and excel with your new Honda Ride .Honda numero uno ..

Never buy vehicle from this dealer .Worst customer experience . You will not get any response from people . Even i spoke to the GM but the response but no response . Worst customer experience and worst service . Never refer any of your friends .

The buying experience was great.

The buying experience was great. Daniela was very helpful and patient with me as I picked out the right model that fit my needs. She was awesome and I would rate my experience a 10 for sure. Also the sales manager Randol was great to work with and got me to a number that satisfied my financial needs. Great staff.

If I could leave 0 stars I would .

If I could leave 0 stars I would . Worst experience In my life purchasing a vehicle.the sales manager Lied to me about the reimbursement. My deal came with a full tank of gas which I never received. They said that the system was down and when I asked them to put windshield fluid they filled it up with water. The salesman asked if I need help to find the email for the survey only to complete it himself.

They are complete liars.

They are complete liars. They sent me pricing and then went back on the deal. I had it in writing, which is legally binding. They don't even care about being sued. I'm looking for an attorney to deal with them.

Well, I'm not the only one who has experienced this. I encourage people to read the reviews from other customers they have pulled stunts with. This behavior stems from the top down. It is the culture you have built and are responsible for.

We had a great experience with Team Gillman Fort Bend.

We had a great experience with Team Gillman Fort Bend. The price/negotiation was fair, but most importantly the sales team and service members were amazing! Our salesman, Oluwamuyiwa Thompson was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone we met went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We love our new car! We will definitely be back when we need an additional car in the future. I highly recommend!

I have had 4 Hondas from Gillman Honda F.

I have had 4 Hondas from Gillman Honda F. Bend. (I trade every 3 years). Each time I had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The service dept. customer service was impeccable. I recommend this place 100%

I have been very pleased with the service at Gillman Honda of Ft. Bend. My 2021 CRV is a beautiful, well designed auto, a pleasure to drive. Their service has been superb.

I am happy to recommend Fort Bend Gillman.

I am happy to recommend Fort Bend Gillman. I called Fort Bend Honda Service Dept to look at my AC because I wanted it done right. Bakhshi, a service adviser took my phone call at 6:15pm and said he would wait for me and have a loaner car ready, and they would look at it first thing in the morning. That was impressive. Bakhshi gave me though explanations of what was needed after the technicians looked at it and he explained the cost. They completed it in a timely manner and they did a very good job. The communication was excellent. Bakhshi was very professional and respectful. They let me know when the car was done, and I was 100% satisfied. Don't forget to check out their online coupons. I also know they will stand by their work if I have any problems. I will definitely purchase my next car here because of the service department. Keep up the great service!
