I brought my GMC truck into the Service Department and

I brought my GMC truck into the Service Department and Eric was my Service Advisor. Eric is excellent at communicating and following up with all my needs. My technician was Danny Alfonso who was superb and is one of a kind. I also would like to commend Dan and Sam in the Express Department who are also excellent. My overall experience was great I will bring my vehicle back there again.

After visiting several dealerships i was impressed with

After visiting several dealerships i was impressed with the 1st contact, salesman Kamel Machado. He was very charismatic and friendly and made me feel right at home. After several visits and a no pressure approach, I decided to pull the trigger on the new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq. Also very happy w the service dept and their staff. Great dealership that I will be referring friends and family to.

The service department is awsome.

The service department is awsome. They are courteous and very helpful. My service rep, Givanni was amazing. Kept me in the loop the whole time my car was in service. 2 thumbs up to these guys and the great job rhey do..

The staff is very personable, friendly and competent from the service manager Gustavo to my service advisor Nestor I don't intend for anyone else to service my car other than Vera Cadillac. I always receive exceptional customer service. The waiting area is very comfortable. Valet pick up and return was flawless. No down time from work made the service hassle free.

I Solid Team.

I Solid Team. Hard workers. Patient and genuine. Rich runs an amazing business. Gus is an amazing leader as he consistently leads an amazing team. Leo is quick on his feet w a wealth of knowledge and experience also keeps the team organized. Anwar has been the easiest service representative to deal with, he’s patient far from sarcastic and genuine.
