I wanted to start out with saying this is one of the
I wanted to start out with saying this is one of the worst service providers ever. I had a new engine installed 2.25 years ago, then something happened to the engine I brought it back to them thinking it was covered. The engine is supposed to be covered by Fords 36 month warranty. I was informed that I had to pay $3900.00 to tear down the engine (plus the same amount to put it back together). After bringing it back several times plus having their shop foreman hear the issues they still refused to cover the cost for the warranty. Then I had their mech (Joe) listen to it saying yes I hear it plus the service manager. Then when I called to complain the general manager had the service advisor (Ben)-mech (Joe) & service manager all had sudden amnesia. I thought that paying almost double the price ($13,000.00) would be a better warranty. "They are nothing better than a scam". I now have it at another Ford dealership. Be very careful ask many more question even on the new vehicles. "Get it in writing"
