Great Service!

I brought my car in to the collision center and Scott was so helpful! Took pictures of the damage to my car, got my quote quickly and set up a time for me to bring it in for repair! Scott was even nice enough to offer to have a rental car waiting for me when I drop my car off! Very satisfied with the service I received!

repair

I come from 100 miles away so when I needed my car repaired they were great about timeliness and getting me home. I really appreciated it!

Family Oriented, Customer Friendly

The one thing that was upsetting was we got a quote for monthly payments and when we got there, the payment was $20 higher per month. Had we known about the increase before our arrival, we probably would have not made the purchase. However, the customer service was extremely friendly and welcoming. Luke Bowers and Cory Wolford made us feel like we belonged there and was a priority. We were introduced to several employees like we were family members instead of customers (they called us by first names the entire time). We enjoyed the tour of the facility so we know where we need to go for service. With the exception of the payment quote, the experience we had from our initial arrival, to the receptionist, meeting Luke to Cory showing us are vehicle was amazing. With a special thanks to Luke Bowers, we have never met a salesman that did not just leave us "hanging". He was right with us until we were ready to leave. That was awesome!!

Went in, got it done, went home!

I appreciated being able to get through the process without being pushed or bothered. Once we made the decision to buy, it just took moments to finish everything. None of the back and forth I've dealt with in the past.

Great Experience!

I have visited the dealership a handful of times in the past 2 years, test driving and finding out more information about the vehicles I was interested in. The actual purchase process went very smoothly, 95% of it taking place online, which was very convenient.

Very impressed with entire dealership & personnel

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful I'd ask for him every time a buy a car. The gal who helped with On Star and Bluetooth was very pleasant and helpful. The finance person was also very gracious.

Great service, great people, great customer servic

Everybody was very helpful. Very freindly and great customer service.Took the time to explain if I did not understand. i did not feel rushed while it was close to quitting time.

Love the Service Dept!

Fast service

We had a fuel monitor recall. We pulled in without an appointment and had the recall taken care of in about 25 minutes.

Oil Change

Even though there was a wait, I was greeted and told they'd be with me as soon as possible. They honored my coupon I found online. They were quick! They do everything right here.
