oe couldn't have been better. Bought a Tahoe from him two years ago and came back to him because he never tried to oversell us. You'll find this hard to believe but we came back today and traded four cars for four cars with him today. We traded the Tahoe for a Traverse and I finally got into a Trail Boss. We also traded the teenage boys vehicles and we did it all without getting divorced! Joe Koebke did it all while getting up and done a hundred times after having his hip replaced a couple weeks ago. Buying cars can be a lot of things, easy usually isn't one of them but Joe and the team made it easy today. Joe has earned our business by not being pushy and being persistent. Thanks Joe!

Overall top notch.
Overall top notch. Had delays getting oil leak repaired. Frustrated with repair delays and so far good repair. Sales staff was very good. I got extra help getting 2024 certified.

Hello about a month ago , I was looking at this sight
Hello about a month ago , I was looking at this sight because I had some bad luck and I purchased a Buick Enclave and it was wrecked well I found one as a replacement and scheduled time to come in a look. I have to say this location and the Salesperson was worst I have had he came across disrespectful and better than us attitude and then he couldn't even locate the vehicle. Once we had the vehicle he decided to become defensive with my husband who mentoned tires needed replaced. I was so put off by this person's attitude I was sitting in the drivers seat about to test drive and I said no thank you , even though the Car I loved can't replace good service and if that is my experience now then what will it be like if I need my car serviced in the future. Since this has been still bothering me a Month later I decided to review Typically I don't. Tell the salespeople it is more than just cars you are selling.

We worked with Pat Crane. Although we knew we wanted a somewhat bigger vehicle and one with AWD, we let him make suggestions. He valued our insights and comments. He was knowledgeable about the industry and new developments. Pat also let us talk through our payment options, including my husband?s question about paying cash (which we didn?t do). We bought a Chevy Equinox and are happy with our purchase. We were also treated with professionalism in the payment department. We would do business with Bob Brown again.

I had my 2013 2500 HD in their shop for low power bad
I had my 2013 2500 HD in their shop for low power bad fuel milage 'I just made it back to my house 45 min later and received a call from their shop. The service Wrighter told me that the engine cam had a flat lobe and that it would be 8000.00 to repair this. The reason i took this is so they could check a Uo100 data code and help me diagnose the problem. I told them to button it up and paid 156.00 and brought it home I bought a cam kit and took the cam out of the engine. When i inspected the cam their wasn't anything wrong with it. I wonder what they would have done to hide this mistake. I asked for my 156.00 back but didn't get a response ( wonder why) AS a Teck now retired i would stand behind my work but not all shops do . When you take your car or truck into the shop make Shure you get some kind of guaranty even on a diagnosis I've been trying to find my problem now wish me luck. signed Mark Howard ADEL IA
