Is It A Studio or A Dealership......
I have seen Fiat ads for the past year and when I was ready to replace my current car I did some research on the Fiat and fell in love. One thing I noticed when I was looking at Fiat web sites they referred to the dealership as a "Studio". I thought this was an interesting concept and was interested in what makes it a Studio and not a Dealership like other car manufactures. I am 40 years old and have purchased 7 other cars in my life. Every time in the past it is the standard routine: Pull in and a salesman was at you door before you could get out of you car. He shows you one or two of the car you are looking at then shows you several more out of your price range and tries to convince you that is the one you want. Then you get to the battle over price. From the minute I waled in the door I relied Carman Fiat was indeed not you normal Dealership. Let me explain... When I was looking at Carman Fiat online I had called and made an appointment for a test drive. When I pulled in to their lot I parked on side of building and walked around front and entered the show room. I was greeted when I walked in and I told him I had an appointment with Tom. He took me back and introduced me to Tom. Tom introduced me to Josh and said he would be my Studio Guide. I showed Josh the vehicle info of the Fiat I was interested in and he said he would get the keys and be right back. In minutes he was back and said he pulled the vehicle in the garage for us to look at. I was very impressed when he walked me out and the vehicle was in the heated garage with doors open and ready to be looked at. Josh took the time and went from front to back of the vehicle pointing out every feature. From there we test drove two different models. To make a long story short I ended up driving off in a new Fiat 3 hours after I arrived at the Studio. To answers my original question"Is It a Studio or A Dealership"... IT IS A STUDIO, it is unlike any experience I have ever had at a Car Dealership. Everyone was friendly and worked as a team. Josh knew every inch of the vehicle and pointed out every feature. I did not feel like Josh was trying to sell me a vehicle he was just simply showing me the quality of the vehicle and letting it sell itself. When we started the process Josh said "OK Lets go Look At The Vehicle and Have Some Fun" and that basically sums up my entire experience at Carman Fiat "FUN".

Emergency Service
My 2013 Jeep Patriot became undrivable late at night, due to a faulty Electronic Throttle Control. AAA towed my car to the dealership. With no appointment, the next morning, they started working on my car and it was finished by mid-day. The communication from the dealership about the status of my repair was excellent. The personnel were extremely friendly. Great experience!!!

Michael Brooks, was a pleasure to work with. He was not my first salesperson but one of the best. Michael did not try a push an in stock Van my way, Michael found just what I wanted. I have also been using the service department for years, great service.

Awesome Reputation in Delaware
So I came in to Carman from my boss's recommendation. He has purchased 4 cars from this dealership and strongly advised me to check them out. I came in on a rainy Saturday afternoon all the way from Pennsylvania about 45 mins away.....and the drive was 100% worth it. The salesman Ryan O'neal took care of me from start to finish, answered every question, and helped me get financing with a monthly payment I could afford. Based on some factors I could not get the financing terms I wanted the first go round....but he sat at the table and negotiated an awesome deal on my behalf. His Boss David Tarantino put the cherry on top with a $200 credit for some additional future maintenance with their dealership. I normally don't like writing reviews but this service here warranted it. If you come here....you'll want to ask for Ryan O'neal.

great experience
David made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Took us on a nice test drive so we could really see how the car drove. We were there pretty late at night, but didnt feel like we were being rushed out. Everyone was very helpful.
