Great Service from Chris J and staff!!

I was in a "jam" and needed a new vehicle ASAP. This was on a Thursday. Some searching and reading reviews I found my new used vehicle at Granger Ford. After a test drive and some visiting, I made my purchase on a Thursday eve with Chris who stayed after his shift to help me and answered all my questions, however I decided on a vehicle that hadn't been cleaned or prepped for sale yet. Chris assured me he would see to it that the vehicle would be ready by 1pm the next day. I returned at 1pm the next day & it was ready! The level of service I received those couple of days & since that time has been unlike any other in my experiences of purchasing a vehicle. It was service with a smile both in person, on the phone & in emails. The staff is friendly and attentive. I HIGHLY recommend Granger Ford to all my friends & family. Thank you Chris and all the staff at Granger Ford for making this a very positive experience for me.

Buying from Granger Motors

My wife and I had a great experience buying our first Jeep from Granger Motors. The people there were awesome to deal with and they made the car buying experience a good one. From the finance team to the salesman we dealt with, we had a great time dealing with the team at Granger Motors.

Don’t trust their “Lifetime Powertrain Warranty”!

They are absolutely, deplorable crooks. Do not trust their “Lifetime Powertrain” warranty!!! First. They won’t cover the transmission lines because they are not “internally lubricated” parts. No mention that the power train warranty wasn’t good. In fact they told us that if we had annoying else do the repair work, it would void the warranty. The check engine light was on at the time for the oil pump and they said it’s simply a computer error and not to worry about it. We take it back in and without looking at it they say it is completely safe to take on a 2000 mile family vacation. A different dealership looked at it and said ABSOLUTELY DONT take it on that kind of a trip and to talk to Granger again. I spoke with the owner and he admitted they were short staffed and they were trying to get people to reschedule appointments. He got it in for us. The service manager then called the next day and told us it needed a new oil pump and it would cost $1000. When I asked about the warranty, he said it would cover it, but they had no record that we had taken it in for service at all for the past 2 years. Which is absolutely false!! They do not live up to their promises, they care more about themselves and the almighty dollar and they are willing to place your life at risk for that dollar. They have no issues telling outright lies. They have no morals. I will never do business with this company again!!

100% Crooks. Stay away from this place!!!!

These guys rocked it out!

I needed a vehicle and did extensive research. I called them and they helped me get right into it quickly. I am always impressed by the treatment I receive. I so appreciate how they continue to care after the purchase is complete. You can't beat it!
