Ideal Experience

Once I started dealing with the correct (fleet) salesman, everything was perfect. He gave me all the attention and time I wanted. He actually knew the answers to my questions. Nothing was rushed or pushed. I can't speak for all the salesmen, but Matt Reaman was definitely top notch.

GREAT SERVICE

Purchasing a car is always somewhat stressful, but the staff at Karl Chevrolet made me feel comfortable. I truly enjoyed working with the dedicated, well trained and excellent staff. Also, special thanks to Mr.Karl Moyer who gave me that final bid that made me decide to purchase the car. A customer wants to think that they are getting the "best deal" a dealer can give and this is how Karl Chevy. made me feel. A "special thank you" to Nick Hoppenworth, Evan Williams, and Paul Schnept for their help. It is because of them that I now have a Crystal Red 2014 Impala sitting in my garage. The whole package

Sorry, I just now saw this email. I have bought my last three cars from Todd M, so that has to show you I trust your dealership. I've never had any problems. I'll probably be back for my next car also. Although, I kept my first Impala when I bought my 2014, and I'm running out of room!

Excellent Service!

We always have a good experience! Question: We have tires for life and just had our tires rotated. We live in Newton. Is there any possibility of having the wheels torqued at Tires Plus here in Newton? I am not crazy about driving 70 miles round trip to have them torqued, but I will... Thanks, Keith
