I needed a new key and fob.

I needed a new key and fob. Went into the service department to make an appointment. Gave clear details about what I needed and was told a price. I could understand a few dollars here or there off plus taxes but they missed a $90 charge and a $50 shop fee and then tried to let me leave without the entire key (gave me the fob but no key). When I asked for a detailed explanation of why the charges were so different an unnamed person in the back had to explain it to my service advisor and then he came back with the handwritten note about it. There?s a reason why people hate doing business with dealerships and surprising folks with over $140 of unexpected charges doesn?t feel like the way to beat that stigma. I had already paid so I just left with a ?you fooled me once? attitude.

I was treated very well by Mr.

I was treated very well by Mr.Isaac and it was one of the fastest experiences I had in buying a car. I told him what I wanted for my monthly payment and they met my expectations. Overall it was a good experience.

Overall it was a good experience. Paid 242 for a 2nd fob programming which we felt should have been provided. Placed a call 2xs with Mr.Rios without a call back which I feel is bad business. Jacob was very kind and supportive and Taylor, supervisor was also very good. Good experience overall!
