Great car buying experience

I had a great experience purchasing a new BRZ. I dealt with Phil over the phone and within 10 to 15 minutes I purchased this car. It is a pleasure to deal with straightforward, professional, courteous, and fair. I know these cars are hard to come by and there was no up selling or any other charges I found my new Subaru dealership. Thanks, Phil.

AMAZING HELP

I've had a nothing but good experiences with this dealer. Since last year I've owned a 2018 STI that i didnt buy from that dealer yet they treated me like family. Kevin from parts has been my biggest life line when it came to part questions. From understanding what I need to helping me get the parts I need. I know I will always be able to get what I need or have my questions answered!

Not Recommended for Women

I had a terrible experience with the service department of Stamford Subaru today. I was treated like garbage, like I didn’t matter. I drove up to the service department, no one greeted me. In fact, one of the technicians literally reached into my car to read the mileage on my dashboard without acknowledging me. He brushed my arm and it felt like he was going for another, more private area. It didn’t matter, I didn’t matter to this dealership service department because I was treated with disrespect and disgust. After dealing with an arrogant, extremely unpleasant general manager, with no customer service abilities, I decided to leave. I would never return to Subaru of Stamford again. Please ladies, beware!

Be warned

Be warned that in the service department there may be a thief among them. Picked up my car and got my key and something was missing (not in the car). Long story short the missing item was found on someone's desk.

$3,500.00 dollars... Consumers BEWARE!... Subaru Stamford, Stamford, CT... CHARGE me an OUTRAGEOUS MARK-UP FEE of $3,500.00 on their 2022 Subaru Forester Base Model. PRICING MSRP $25,195.00 Plus optional package: +$3,500.00 OUTRAGEOUS MARK-UP FEE +$. 625.00 Alloy Wheels +$ 369.00 Fog Lights +$ 379.00 Remote Starter, which they NEVER INSTALLED, but they billed me for the fog lights +$1,125.00 Delivery fee $31,193.00 NEW INFLATED PRICE for a 2022 Subaru Forester Base Model +$ 499.00 Document fee ( which is negotiable) +$2,654.21 State taxes +$ 271.00 DMV Tags $34,617.00 GRAND TOTAL PRICE for a 2022 Subaru Forester Base Model -$. 500.00 Deposit $34,117.00 DUE AT SETTLEMENT THIRTY- FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS MARK-UP! ( which is negotiable) But, Subaru Stamford manager, Shaun... REFUSED TO NEGOTIATE. And, accused me of being a CROOK, LIAR and DISHONEST. Subaru Stamford manager, Shaun stated, that NOW he didn't want to sell me any vehicle, because I didn't tell his salesperson that I had a $500.00 deposit on a 2022 Subaru Forester Base Model for $34,617.00, before negotiating a better price to upgrade to a 2022 Subaru Forester Premium model with the Blind Spot Detection feature price quoted to me $36,771.92. But, here's the thing... I don't have to provide that information before negotiating a better deal. And, has an American consumers I have the rights, the freedom and it's my PREROGATIVE to shop around and change my mind. So, I got screwed and stuck with the $34,617.00 Subaru Forester Base model MSRP is $25,195.00 But, the WORST thing about this whole ugly ordeal with Subaru Stamford..was the INSULTING, DISRESPECTFUL, and DEGRADING remarks spoken to me by their manager, Shaun. SLANDERING OF MY CHARACTER by calling me "DECEITFUL". And, speaking negatively about other auto dealerships he know about are deceitful and misleading. And comparing me to them. So, how can a customer trust a business that speaks badly about others? So, I ask... which Subaru Forester would you prefer to have the base model priced at $34,617.00 or the premium model priced at $36,771.92?

Great experience!

Jesus was great to work with, I had a sense of what I wanted to try when I came in and he had what I was looking for all ready to test. Loved the car (higher trim level makes a huge difference). Buying process was very quick and easy and haggle free. Highly recommend.
