Best Experience EVER!

I initially sent in a request via email and Miss Ashley responded to me within minutes of me hitting complete. She was so very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. We scheduled an appointment immediately for myself to come in. I was met a nd greeted by Ashley and she introduced me to Mike V, who was very friendly and helpful. He Knew so much about the S Class I was looking to purchase, things I had no idea about and I have had 3 of them in the past!. He Was very kind and funny with my son as well. Got us the best price and delivered the car with ease. His managers were also very kind as well. Julia, the finance manager couldnt have been sweeter. Great dealership, great service and people working there! We were also introduced to our service advisors before we left so that we knew who to meet with when the car has to come in for service

Don't waste your time

I called on a vehicle I was intersted in. I live 4 hours away. I told the salesman I would like to pay $16500 for a car listed at $17200. He told me he could not negotiate on the phone and wanted me to drive 4 hours to see the car and then negotiate a price. Ridiculous is all I have to say. I have bought several vehicles from out of state dealers in the past. There are too many car dealers to put up with people like this. Buyer beware!

Poor Customer Service

I just purchased a Mercedes at Open Road of Bridgewater. I If I could give a negative star rating for this dealership I would. Bottom line is they clearly could have cared less whether I purchased the car with them or not. I've always thought Mercedes dealers treated customers like royalty from the beginning to the end of their buying experience. Before I left, my salesman Michael didn't so much as give me his business card or offer his assistance for future questions, etc. The Sales manager John was nice but also completely could care less about my satisfaction as a customer. Before I left I asked my salesman Michael if the manual was in the car and he assured me yes. After I started having some issues on the road after leaving and reached for the manual I saw that instead in the glove box was a brochure. My phone call post sale regarding this matter went unanswered. In essence, I drove 200 miles from my home location for this purchase only to be treated like a nobody and regretting my dealer choice. Before buying this vehicle, I test drove a Volvo right down the street and was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect which further validated my customer service concerns with Open Road. My salesman at the Volvo location was the most friendly and helpful person you'd ever want to deal with. Also, they let me test drive the care alone and told me to take as long as I wanted unlike Open Road. I have a terrible feeling right now about my Mercedes purchase and it's 99.5% due to my experience at Open Road. Top notch customer service commonly known to most Mercedes dealerships is a complete ANOMALY there as there is a clear culture of ambivalence. If you are set on purchasing a Mercedes, do yourself a favor and find a great Mercedes dealership (with good reviews) and avoid this one.

OVERALL GREAT DEALERSHIP

Even though Open Road Mercedes-Benz is under massive contruction, it did not stop the Staffs friendliness or professionalism that was displayed to my husband and I during our visit to purchase a new 2011 C 300. We were handled with expert information regarding the C300 and everyone was polite and courteous. Cant wait to see the building once it is all done! Great Job Open Road Mercedes-Benz!
