Staff was friendly.
Staff was friendly. Lobby was clean, offering complimentary coffee/tea, plenty of places to sit, work, eat and lounge. Bathroom was also clean and stocked. My car was also ready before time it was promised. Happy with this dealership overall.

Made an appointment. Got there a little early. Person on the phone said it would be an hour. The service writer said it would be 2 hours when I got there. 2 hours later my car was next. Meaning the car in front of mine (I saw my car and the one in front) went first. Different guy tells me it’s going to be 45 minutes more when I asked about my car. When I asked what the point of the appointment was, his response was, so that I didn’t wait all day. Told him get my car, and I left. Wasted 2 hours for nothing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My last visit I had to return immediately after my service because I still had a problem with my tire, but Honda made it a priority to fix and double check for any mistakes. They took care of any problems I had. Thanks Honda!
