Aston Martin DB9

Fast and courteous service. The waiting room was convenient and comfortable. This dealership was very clean and when working on my vehicle, they made an effort to maintain the cleanliness of it. I highly recommend this dealer if you need repairs.

23 year old Boxster stored outside

Mu Boster was in for service and was ensured it would stored in side and not subject to the weather. When I picked it up they pulled it from outside and it was obvious it was left in the snow and rain. Very disappoint that service did not live up thier word on storage and shrugged it off when I complained.

"DISHONEST/BAIT AND SWITCH"

I recently placed a deposit on one of their pre-owned 2017 Maserati's Quattroporte vin# ZAM56RRA8H1242735. I am from out of state so I hired a pre-inspection company. In my opinion it was a classic bait and switch. The vehicle was advertised for sale years earlier and apparently they used the same photos in their recent advertisement. After my third party inspection and their service records were reviewed it was revealed to have multiple problems such as rodents nesting in the engine compartment, cracked console, stained seats, and autobody repair work on multiple areas of the vehicle just to name a few. This was more than average wear for the vehicles age and mileage. They were always courteous and polite over the phone but they were not transparent. I even tried negotiating the price but we could not reach an agreement. It is currently back up for sale please beware. I even reached out to Lance Iserman the CEO but no response. Run....

Failed to Honor Warranty/ Commitments

Morrie's does not honor their warranties or commitments and are not responsive to requests. They promised to replace damaged tires that were covered under warranty but failed to deliver on this commitment.

2 star rating/ where there is smoke there is fire

Sales associate Erik said”Kevin there is no curb rash on the Aston Martin DB9 Gt. We make sure everything is perfect on our vehicles.” Jim alleged sales mgr. said “Drivers rear has a small spot on it,looks like it had a little scrape,referring to wheel rash. Ronsway transporter who picked up from Morries indicated in writing all FOUR wheels damaged.Result $1,155.later transporter was spot on,dealership was wrong. Car was advertised as certified with just 4,209 miles as also used on Odometer Disclosure Statement,however when delivered by Ronsway transport to my Fla. address mysteriously over 600 miles more appeared.Car was not delivered with “a 31 day temporary permit to allow you to immediately enjoy your new vehicle”. Jim alleged sales mgr. is on record concerning keys indicating “I believe It does come with a second set of keys.”Fact of the matter is,it did not,can you imagine investing over $122,500. with TTL In a Aston Martin and having to purchase a second key at a cost of $1273.67. Upon thinking I was now road worthy,I might want-to have the car inspected by a reputable 4 star Aston dealership in Fla.only to find that it needed a $18,500. In Front rotors and brake replacement. In conclusion,shame on me,for thinking you can work with in good faith.I should have read the reviews! “Out of towners beware I was lied to” “Please read before buying from Morries “ “Don’t expect customer service after buying a car” “Poor Communications “ “Saab story” These are not smoke stories, but real FIRES! Frankly since my car was no where near PERFECT as advertised in writing I now fully understand the dealerships TWO star reputation.

Departments don't communicate with each other

Call center will tell you anything to get you to the lot. I was interested in a custom Built Jeep. Was told it was available then not and then was. I said I was interested and a cash buyer. I followed up a couple days later was told, yes it is available. Asked for that to be verified before I made the ride there. They came back assuring me it was. When I got there the Sales reps told me that it wasn't and the e mail that I got from Alexis(I thought was sales) was the call center and that no one had checked with them on the availability of the Jeep. So dropping everything on a Saturday to make the deal was a waste of my time/day.

Poor Communication

Found a used vehicle I was very interested in online.I am in Chicago and was going to have a family member inspect the vehicle for me. I contacted the store and set up an appt for them to do so. The day before the appt. they tell me they sent the car to auction. Had I not reached out to confirm I would have never been told. Terrible communication! It’s stuff like this that makes people not trust dealerships.

Awesome, Professional and the Best

I have purchased 2 Maseratis from Morries Lux Auto. They blew me away with their amazing sales team who made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Absolutely no pressure. They look out for the client first. They give the best prices for trade ins. I will always go to this dealership. It’s truly 5+Star. Angel is an amazing GM as well as the sales team. Service team is also the best. I’m looking forward to my next transaction with them. Shout out to Erin.
