I bought my Malibu 6 yrs ago from Berger and traded it in this past weekend for a Terrain. I love it! It's exactly what I wanted. My salesman both times was Martin. Amazing person! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all got the job done. Buying a car can be very stressful, but going to Berger and dealing with Martin I knew I was in good hands. Very professional
Todd was very helpful. He listened to what we were wanting in a vehicle and explained our options. He was very good about customer service. I had other dealers that didn't really care about the customer. Berger is my first one on my list. When I need another vehicle, I'll go to Berger's first.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Berger. The salesman I worked with treated me with disrespect and offered no help. All I needed was to turn my lease in, which takes less than 5 minuets, and all Jeremey would do is make up any excuse not to help me. His first question he asked me was if I was there to buy a vehicle, which wasn’t even directed at me, it was directed at the receptionist because he didnt even greet me (like any good salesman should) when you lease a GM vehicle, you can turn it into any GM authorized dealership, I know this because I used to work at a GM dealership. His excuse was that he didn’t have any room to store my vehicle, and tired pawning me off to any other dealership. Now if he really didn’t have room to store my vehicle there’s still something he could have done, or at lease tried to do. I bet if I were there to buy a new car he would have all the room in the world to store my car. I was not there to buy a car today, however I will need to buy a car in the future and I will not be buying it from this dealership nor will I recommend anyone to conduct business here. All because of one bad apple.

It is true that, due to the high volume at our dealership, we unfortunately do not have room to store lease returns that we not leased through us, unless there is another transaction in the works.
