My husband and I just bought a 2022 Tucson SEL at Elgin

My husband and I just bought a 2022 Tucson SEL at Elgin Hyundai. Our sales consultant, Joel Valdez, and the finance manager, Nicole Schomer, were absolutely fantastic - made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We traveled about an hour to their dealership and they definitely made the trip worth it. Our family has been fairly loyal to the Hyundai brand and folks like them make it easy to continue our loyalty.

We have been looking for a certain type of SUV and they made it happen. They were hassle-free and did not try any funny games. Joel did not beat around the bush and kept me updated once the SUV came in. They all made the process a lot easier. Joel Valdez, James Urso, and Nicole Schomer get Five stars.

Excellent service

Service writer was very thorough, polite, and nice. He was truthful about how long I would be waiting, and explained everything in detail what was done to my car upon completion. VERY nice job fellas.

Joel, our salesman, was very professional, informative & pleasant to work with - from beginning to end. Everyone we met @ the dealership was very friendly. We didn't feel pressured @ any time.

Great Service

Very Professional, courteous personnel, quick turn around on oil change and review of vehicle for possible problems.. Service manager explained the vehicle inspection document and invoice.

The service we received from the moment we walked in the door, to the final departure, was pretty fantastic. No hard pressure sell at any point, and it truly appeared that the folks working here cared about their jobs. Tabita was really good as our sales person, and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle.
