Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. Cars are priced lower online because they add 4k of dealer add-ons once you're on site. They called me a week later to say they could do a lower price, I said I'd come in immediately, and they sold the car to someone else while I was en route. If you value customer service, if you value your time, if you value yourself as a human being, choose a different dealership.

Price you see is not the price you pay.

Price you see is not the price you pay. This dealer will tack on additional fees and useless items (tracking modules, clear coat, etc). This will increase the final price by around 6k. When I test drove the truck the lower control arm and turbo made noise. They fixed the control arm but the turbo still made noise. They wouldn't fix it. Wasn't comfortable purchasing something I was going to have to fix. They are very pushy at one point telling me no one else will approve me. I paid a refundable deposit and getting that back was a hassle. I got told it was issued, then told there was a delay with my bank. Called and spoke with someone in finance and they had to issue it correctly. Avoid going here.

Contacted them numerous times over the course of a weeks

Contacted them numerous times over the course of a weeks time, and never received a single response via phone, text, or email. Not exactly good customer service

Our salesman Reo was really pleasant to work with.. He kept us informed during the negotiation process too. I would highly recommend using Reo for your vehicle purchases. Everyone we interacted with were helpful and polite also. I was looking for a very particular truck and this dealership had two. The section was top notch.
