Funny how they have either 1 star or 5 star reviews. It is pretty obvious that they are writing ALL of the 5 star reviews. No actual customer nor potential customer would give this shady dealership more than 2 stars no matter how generous

spend your hard earned money w/ ppl who care

Came in to look at a 6 figure car. Wasn't greeted by anyone. The rep didn't introduce himself. Never gave us a business card. Never said goodbye. He ignored many of our questions and was condescending to my wife. 1 manager on the floor and only 2 reps. The car was above market value, which I don't mind if the experience is good. People buy from people they like, there wasn't anything to like. Cherry on top was they wanted to charge almost 7K for "fees" (dealer markup, GPS, Paint protection which they said they couldn't remove as it was already on the car but couldn't produce any evidence that it was on the car or couldn't be removed. Essentially I'm paying for a GPS to secure cars on their lot. Research shows these fees are as low as 1k or as high as 7k, goes to show the huge markup). Even so, wouldn't be a deal breaker if the car wasn't already overpriced and the experienced sucked. I would stay away from them. Plenty high class dealerships in OC that will provide service and overall customer experience.

Our experience was very positive.

Our experience was very positive. Henry did a great job of finding us the truck that we wanted and was very knowledgeable about all of the inventory. Gabriel assisted us with a very smooth transaction from start to finish. We recommend Pacific Auto Center to anyone looking for a truck.

Was looking to trade in a car towards a truck purchase.

Was looking to trade in a car towards a truck purchase. They asked for pictures and info, which I sent. They asked how much I wanted for my trade in and ....nothing, no reply. Found what I wanted elsewhere!

Went in to the Fontana location yesterday ready to

Went in to the Fontana location yesterday ready to purchase a Silverado 3500HD for $65K. Sat with finance, paperwork was all done and they bring us the paperwork to sign. It had a ton of dealer add ons. Why are we hearing about this at signing? We told them to remove the add ons (we were paying their original asking price). They refused to remove them. We got up and walked away. They chased us to the parking lot and offered the crazy expensive add ons discounted at $2500 then $1000. It was a matter of principal at that point.

Great service

The best dealership in CALIFORNIA. When I arrived I was assisted by EDWIN. He was very professional and friendly. He was very honest and answered every question I had. I traded in a jeep and I was able to get a ALPHA ROMEO!!! EDWIN went above and beyond to assist me in making sure I drove away in my new car.

They charge U 50% repairs on 30 1,000 mile warrnty

I am temporarily giving them a low rating depending on what their service department does next. I bought a Ram 3500 Promaster Van from them last Thursday March 28. They gave me a 1000 mile 30 day warranty on the vehicle, but I would have to pay 50% of the cost of any engine or trans repair. The Check Engine light went on before I hit the Nevada border. Had it checked by 2 ram dodge dealerships in Las Vegas that said I need a new transmission. At this point, I cannot even have the Service manager Carissa from Pacific Auto tell me what type of warranty I'm going to get on their rebuilt trans they are going to do when dodge in Vegas just told me all their rebuilt transmissions get a 2 year 60,000 mile warranty. They are transporting it back to Fontana to do the work, but I am running the fine line of almost handing this over to an attorney. It's bad enough as it is that I am going to have to pay 1/2 of this bill and on top of that missing Mother's Day with my wife. This review will continue after I get the van repaired and I am not being told how long it will take.
