The staff at Elder Mitsubishi were knowledgeable, kind, generous, and never made me feel obligated. You will not find transparency like that at any other dealership. Definitely an unforgettable and amazing experience for my 1st time purchasing my 1st brand new car. A huge thanks to everyone who had a hand in making my deal happen. You all are amazing!!!

They far above to get me in a car. In fact I think they worked miracles..kiddos to Robert Bills for his hard work and the finance person ..they were great.

My experience with Elder was awesome. I picked out a used car told them how much I needed my payment to be and they adjusted the price to fit my needs. What impressed me was that they offered more than what they advertise. A free two year extended warranty was also included. The friendliness of the entire staff was amazing. Also absolutely no pressure. I will recommend them to my friends and will shop there again for my next vehicle.

Michael was our solution specialist and did an excellent job. My wife and I were just coming in to look at what they had to offer. Michael listen to our concerns and found us the perfect vehicle needs. He took his time with us and make us feel rushed to buy. I appreciate the time spent with us even though we came in close to closing time. He also worked with us to make sure it fit in our budget. I will definitely recommend him and Elder.

Deciding to purchase another vehicle wasn't something I wanted right but all signs lead to it, I did some research on Elder Mitsubishi and some others and decided I would go "look" at Elder Mitsubishi, AND it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. This my 3rd car I've bought through Elder Mitsubishi, and by far the best car buying experience...I've ever had, and I'm 63 so that says it all. Great non commissioned sales staff and management team I've ever dealt with. Was in and out with my NEW Mirage G4 in less than 3 hours. Try that anyplace else.
