Review of Acura purchase
Good experience! Purchased an 2003 Acura for my son. However, we had to do $2,000 of work two months later for transmission work. Just wished we would have car checked out before we purchased. Ryan was great!

Cransh Cares!
Great customer service! The salesman was wonderful at answering my questions and returning my calls. When we had an issue with the used vehicle, Cransh stood behind their product. They went out of their way to make it right. It is a used vehicle and we didn't expect it to run like new... but it was refreshing to work with a sales team that cared about our experience. Our thanks to Cransh's owner and great team for the concern and prompt attention that we were given. I would recommend Cransh Auto Sales to ANYONE in the market for a quality used car!

Amazing!!
I didn't believe that there was such a thing as an honest car dealer, till I first went to Cransh. I bought a nice used, or "experienced" car from them, it looked brand new, and two years later I still love that car. I could get it serviced around the corner from my home in Duncanville, but instead go all the way out to them in Arlington. They are honest, friendly and have my business for life. Go see for yourself, I'm sure you'll be pleased. Oh, they are not pushy and let you look around without someone bugging you. You may have to go into the office to get someone. You'll be glad you did.

Worst customer service ever received
Ryan Holman was the sales manager and was quick to respond through emails. I talked to Ernest earlier in the morning who told me he would wait for me due to the fact I work 8 to 6 every day but Sunday. Ryan told me that if I did not get there by 6:30 than I would have to reschedule. I told him his hours are the same as mine is there any way he could help me out. He flat out told me no. Said that he needs four people to stay and he could not wait till 6:40pm and than it would take me to long to test drive it. I told him I would be fast and if I loved it we could do the paperwork tomorrow. He said he would reschedule for Saturday if the car is still available. This is Monday when we spoke. I told him I work that day as well. I am shocked that they are not concerned with selling cars. I have never been somewhere that made me seem as such an inconvenience. 15 minutes of their time is to much to ask. Geez.

Excellent
Excellent customer service. Did not try to sell me what I could not afford. No pressure. High quality cars. Let me take the Honda Acord to Firestone and they could find NOTHING wrong with it! Polite and courteous staff to help finish the deal.

Trust issues
Cransh said they check out all their cars before they sell. Not in my case. The car has had problems starting since the day we bought it. We brought it back to have serviced and was charged for it, still not repaired. Overcharged and under service. Beware

Purchased 2 trucks and shipped to PA
Almost 3 years ago we purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram 5.9 2500 from Crash. As I shipped the truck to PA, I never visited the dealer. In PA, it is almost impossible to get an affordable used truck that isn't about to rust into swiss cheese. I did an extensive amount of researching the dealer, including calling the TX attorney general, Arlington TX occupancy department, mapping the dealership and checking out to make sure they were a legitimate dealer. We had the truck inspected by the local Dodge dealer, had them verify the VIN and condition. A year later we bought my son's 2005 Ford F150 from them. Ricky helped us with both. I had been looking for a black truck with 4 doors for quite some time. I saw it hit the website and called Ricky right away, and he held it for me, generously, as I was out of town and needed to make arrangements for payment. Again, we had the local Ford dealer inspect, verify repairs and VIN. We constantly get compliments from mechanics about the condition and how clean and rust free the trucks are, and at least a half dozen people have asked where we got them from and for their information. Spend the $200 and have it inspected by an independent factory dealer. Buying a used car is always a risk but this helps to mitigate issues.

Don't Bother With the Others
Bought a 2005 Chevy Avalanche from the staff at Cransh. I say the staff because they really pitched in as a team to make sure that the car was right before I took it home. They had only had the car for 3 days when we purchased it. Some issues came up when they took it for inspection. They absolutely busted their butts to make sure that the car was right. Kudos to Nick, and his mechanics for their team efforts to correct the issues. Kudos to Miguel for putting up with an buyer (me) that was a bit impatient at times. We have had the truck a month now... not one issue has come up! Thank you guys.
