after experiencing a car wreck on monday and the insurance company totaling my car on wed. before thanksgiving, the good experience and chose of vehicles at cransh auto was good compared to car dealer experiences in my past. miguel was friendly, informative, and made our car purchasing a pleasure during a trying time.

Kept searching the internet and kept coming back to Cransh. They had the best selection and the best deals.

My third purchase from Cransh will be my last. After 2 months of calling every week they have yet to replace my review mirror, which they agreed to do when I purchased the car. Additionally, when I asked for floor mats they gave me some cheap replacements. I'm finished.

I was looking for a nice used car to commute back

Went out looking for a used car for my daughter. Needs a reliable car with great gas milage. Worked with Ryan to find her a car. We got a good deal on our trade-in and were able to get her a car to meet her needs. After driving home, the check engine light came on. Ryan told me to bring it back for the alignment and the check engine light would be checked. I got home and determined that the turn signal bulb was not working. I took it back in and they repaired all of these items. My only two complaints would be - first, they should have checked some of these simple items before selling it, second, put some chairs out so that people can sit in while they wait for their cars. I will return next time I need a good reliable car.

I was looking for a good reliable used vehicle for my husband. Nick provided the best personal attention I have ever had at a car dealership. He asked lots of questions, got to know us, and just what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was able to provide to us the best vehicle he had for the job we needed. That was in 2007. Because of Nick's outstanding service five years ago, I called Nick again. Last month my daughter needed a car that was reliable, got good gas mileage, not over $4500 and looked decent. She is traveling back and forth to work in Mississippi, 45 minutes each way, and I was more concerned about the mechanical integrity of the car than looks. Nick came through for me again. He asked all the questions, told me what he had on the lot, and offered to look at auction specifically for what I was needing. In the past five years, I have recommended Cransh autos to friends, and will continue to do so. Needless to say, I am exremely happy with the quality of the vehicles I have purchased from Cransh Autos. Nick and Ricky have provided the best service of any dealership I have ever visited. Ryan and the team did an excellent job of listening and then working to provide what I was asking. Very up front and knowledgeable. Didn't shy away from the hard questions. I appreciated that. I already have referrals that have checked the website and may be talking to Ryan soon.

We had a good experience dealing with Cransh. Miguel was polite and patient as my wife and I looked for a good used car at a fair price. We test drove probably 8 cars looking for the perfect one. During the process, Miguel was very patient and helpful in our car search. Ryan helped us too was was pleasant interacting with. We bought a 2003 Acura 2.3CL which is in excellent condition. My wife is happy and I am relieved! The paperwork and payment process was smooth. Again, very happy and will be back for another used car.

I was looking for a nice reliable sporty car for my 16 year old. It turns out she was more specific that I had anticipated, but Ryan was so great! He was patient and found EXACTLY what she requested. In fact, it turned out to be a little newer with better miles that I thought I would be able to get for my budget. He was very knowledgeable during the whole process. He had the car cleaned, windows tinted and spoiler put on and made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back the next time I need a car and will recommend this place to anyone who asks!
