I came to purchase a car 29 days ago. They offered me a price when I came in, and then they called me back to say the bank did not approve. When that happened, I came to get a new loan. They then up-priced by thousands of dollars, took moneys away from my deposit (over $600) and then the manager Rafael came out yelling a "what I made a mistake". No apology, no LOVE. I left this place with a bitter taste in my mouth. These people are SHADY! Do not do business with them. They will juggle your brain.

I purchased a used Porsche from Jorge. In all my 46 years of driving , I do not think I have dealt with a more honest, professional and diligent auto sales professional. Now you may think I am a boomer and what do I know? Well, there’s no substitute for life experience. Jorge Palmerola handles the high end cars and gives a high end service supported by a professional team. Jorge takes his job seriously and wants his clients to be happy and to refer clients. I would 100% buy another car from Jorge. He looked after me as a client and the dealership understands that repeat business is the biggest compliment any business can get. With that combination, you can not go wrong. Yes there are some negative reviews on the dealership, as there are some people you can never please. For anybody who owns a business or who works in the corporate world, most of us can relate to that. I recommend Jorge and his team with no hesitation. I am not an employee of or have any affiliation to Ferco Motors. I am just a satisfied customer. Stop dreaming, start driving.

The person who lied to me is ORLANDO. Went to this place looking for a truck, told them I have a co signer, which is my uncle. After completing my paperwork and going to my uncles house for his signature on the application, and after the payment was made was when I was told ONLY his name would be on the car, not before the payment but after. And also told my uncle and his wife when we went for the application signing that there IS a warranty for 30 days. As soon as we got back to the office he basically said look no warranty. To be tricked into a contract and then be told that it’s only in my uncle name after the payment was made is pure hogwash. These people are scammers who are only looking for commission. How can you tell me the my name is NOT on the contract and then they let me drive off with a vehicle in someone else’s name. xxx this has to be illegal. Not telling the whole story or allowing me to talk it over with my uncle now has me in a messed up position. Unacceptable, you don’t lie to people and put them in contract just so you can get commission. You told my uncle’s wife it’s a 30 day warranty but then tell me after we leave look there is no warranty. Wow, my name is *************^^^ why would they allow me to drive off in a car that I have no authority over, it doesn’t belong to me nor is it in my name. My name is NO WHERE on the title. Oh I almost forgot asked to do a positive review BEFORE all the lies were exposed. Very slick. its crazy ORLANDO felt he could make that decision for me. If my name couldn’t be added due to my bad credit that’s cool but don’t you think he should have advised that instead of making an executive decision affections other people who aren’t even aware of him deciding to submit an application with only my uncles name. What gives him that right to make that decision without w playing or even getting my permission as well as my uncle’s permission. I’m so angry.

They have an offsite answering service, not actually salesperson, which only know what's on their website, don't really know what's on their physical inventory, which gives the customer a false knowledge. I drove 1hr to this dealership only to find out the car I requested, wasn't available cause it went to auction. BEWARE!!!
