I want to begin by expressing how incredibly unprofessional this establishment was throughout my stay. I want to start by saying that even though all of the reviews before my visit were accurate, I still decided to take the chance and go in the hopes of forming my own opinion. I called the dealer to find out if the two automobiles I was interested in were still available before I came in. I spoke with Stewart and asked him to clarify whether the cars were there since I was leaving work and would be an hour away. Stewart "said" that one of the cars in which I was interested had been sold and that there was still one available. They have one more left in their stock. When I replied, "Great, I'll be on my way," he told me to ask for him and he will be there, which was untrue. As I arrived at the location, I was met with no one, so I contacted Stewart and introduced myself at the dealership. At this point, Stewart informed me that a salesperson would be helping me. I was waiting for someone to help me when a young man approached me and said that the car had been sold a few hours prior and If I would like to look at the current inventory. Since I made it very clear before I went an hour away to make sure the car was there, I told him that it was very rude and unprofessional to waste my time if I wanted to look around at their current inventory. It is difficult to support tiny businesses like this for this reason alone. This is an old salesman technique that has to be addressed because people do not have time to waste and this establishment's methods are shameful and embarrassing. Since this company operates dishonestly and with no ethics, please take your money elsewhere and save your time.

I researched 3 cars that were posted within my price
I researched 3 cars that were posted within my price range and specs on carfax. I called before driving to Miami. However, they assured me the cars were al there. However, when I arrived I was told the cars had a "0" which meant they weren't any good and were sent to auction. Orlando proceeded to show me a couple of other cars, both with much higher mileage. I drove one car and he quoted me a price. I stated that I intended to pay cash and my price point. He gave me a price and said he would see what I could get for my trade-in. The next day Orlando reached out to me and quoted me $3K+ more than originally quoted. Both my son and I were shocked as we made it clear the day before my price point. He stated that it didn't include all of the extra fees. He remarked that he thought I knew. The prior day I confirmed that the price he quoted was with everything as we went back to the office to crunch numbers. I told him I could not go that high. He then suggested a 14' with over 130k miles and then asked if I would be coming back to Miami after work to look at the car. I flatly refused. After reading several other reviews, and seeing that they have done this bait-and-switch to others is sad. All the cars isted that are not intended for sale should not be listed, as it is false. The customer has no way of knowing that it failed inspection, as it doesn't say that on the listing. Furthermore, I called about and wrote to FERCO for each car prior to driving nearly an hour south. Seriously disappointed and a waste of my time.

Orlando!!!, best salesman, didn’t come to buy just browse, left with the car I wanted in about an hour, not to diminish the other salesman , but Orlando took care of us from introduction to driving off the lot.

I have been burned several times on Cars.
I have been burned several times on Cars.com by dealers who advertise vehicles that are no longer on their car lot. This is one of those dealers. This is not to say that they do not have good cars to sell, because they do. It's just a pain to go to a dealership for a specific car and find out that "we don't have that car anymore". My advice is to always request a test drive once you find a car that you are interested in.

It was horrible!!!!, I arrived at the dealership and had to wait a hour (literally) to get the salesman to assist me !!!, the car I saw was listed was a blue 2014 Buick Encore for $4,665, when I got there the salesman did not show me the car and made excuses, I knew at that time it was the illegal "bait and switch", this salmon was the worst ever!!!, he kept trying to force me to but multitude of other cars, I explained to him I was not interested I only wanted the buck encore, he showed me another Buick Encore that was gray, but offered it to me at $14,000, this is about $10,000 over the book price, he is a con artist and very decietful!!!, he literally pressed me to but other cars for 30 minutes, I explained I was not interested, he was very, very, rude, he trapped me and would not let me go and continued to pressure me to buy a multitude of different cars, the ugly thing about it is I continue to see in your advertisements the same blue encore advertised at the same price, that is not actually available, this was "BAIT AND SWITCH"" A VERY SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENSE THAT CAN BE PROSECUTED BUY THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!

Hey all! Do what is write. Report them to the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Form 84901. Also report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) they are violating a federal rule. All car are supposed to have a “Buyers Guide Sticker” Advertising the customer “As is” etc. I hope that soon they will get shut down for the scams and misleading the customers. The manager Rafael is a dishonest man. He is not man enough to be honest. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The cars are bought from auction, are mostly savage as well. Don’t be there next victim. All the best to all. If you go there and they don’t provide you anything in writing when you ask for it…walk away while you are still ahead. They sold me a car that had mechanical issues. They had on their premises to attempt to fix it, and told me was not fixable. But now they show it for sale as “fully inspected” new tires, new brakes. When Rafael Manager was confronted…he said the car is broken. Now you understand what type of dealership this is? Stay away is your best choice.
