I took the car I was interested in to my mechanic who found a number of things to fix. When I returned the car I was told that they would fix them for one half of what my mechanic would charge. That sounded interesting so I said this is what I'd offer based on the needed repairs and the edmunds and kelly appraisals; much to my surprise I was told they didn't take offers. So it was accept their price plus the repairs or hit the road. Well, the road seemed more attractive.

I was in and out within an hour. I loved the customer service, the professionalism,they were all friendly and made me feel comfortable. I found H&R Auto on cars.Com and wasn't disappointed. The guy worked with what I had. I called to inquire about the Nissan Cube and that's what I rode out with. It came with a warranty just in case. My car is beautiful and very quiet and runs very smooth, I love it!

I buy a Mazda 3i two weeks ago the car works in perfect condition, the seller Oscar Parra was very attentive, and always helped me with all my questions. I recommend to deeler as the best DMV

Oh my god, I didn't buy car but the salesman was total cute. I think he was Spanish or something. I thin his name was...oh god...I don't remember. Hmmmm...anywho...it's not important. I wonder it they are aloud to date customers...well technically I'm not a customer cause I didn't buy anything but whatever. Alrighty....totals:)

If you want to buy car from this dealer and you want excellent customer service, honesty and thorough explanation of details just ask for OSCAR , don't deal with anyone except OSCAR. If you have Oscar to work with then you will leave satisfied. I travelled from Atalanta Georgia to get a Nissan Murano, I called Oscar that I'm flying on a one-way ticket with the expectation of buying the car, risky? Yes but I took it, Oscar did everything to kept that car from all individuals interested in until I get there, he work out with me and I end up buying the car, drove back to Georgia put 600+ miles on the car it gave me no issues as of now. I would strongly recommend anyone going to this dealer to call and ask for OSCAR will be glad you did.

Though at first glance the dealership wasn't the most fancy place to buy a car. The customer service I received from Vin was above and beyond. I have owned the BMW 525 for more than a month now and am in love with the car! One reason I would recommend buying a car through Vin because he wasn't just trying to sell me a car but wanted to make sure I was buying the right car for me. Not to mention they offer a 3 month warranty on the car which when buying a used car with high mileage is not expected they were willing to offer it to me to show that the car had no major problems from the moment they sold it to me.
