My service advisor Mike Carpenter, was friendly,

My service advisor Mike Carpenter, was friendly, personable, thorough and very helpful with all of my concerns. The dealership was extremely clean. My car was finished before it's promised time. I had a problem with my cell phone while I was there and one of the female salespeople tried to help me in getting it working correctly. She and the entire staff that I met were all so friendly and helpful.

Tim Frank and the service department did a wonderful job

Tim Frank and the service department did a wonderful job in a timely manner on my car, Ruby, as always. The staff, including Tim and the great last sitting at the check out desk were awesome. Ruby even received a bath. I will continue to take Ruby to Lia, the work is Excellent 👌. Thank you!!

Lia Hyundai of Albany is the best car dealership we have ever dealt with. The moment we walked through the door we were greeted right away. Our salesman was , Michael Micare, and he was everything a salesperson should be. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Timothy Frank, my service representative was very

Timothy Frank, my service representative was very efficient, and got my car problem evaluated quickly and stated that they would have to order the damaged plastic undercoating of the car. I was given an approximate estimate for the repairs on the car. I will schedule an appointment for repairs in the near future.
