Pauli Ford

I’ve had my Ford Edge less than a year. Bought it used at the Hines park ford dealer in Milford. It was inspected when I bought it, a mechanic there previously owned it and I purchased the highest level 3 year extended warranty I could get. There have been several things wrong with it since I got it so it’s been into the Heinz park dealer twice and the Pauli ford St. John’s dealer twice for repairs. This last time I had it in I thought the motor was going out on my moon roof. They came back and told me that the moon roof frame is cracked and my warranty does not cover it and it costs about $8,000-$9,000 to replace it. Both service departments at both dealers have worked on the roof. Heinz park replaced the rubber liner right after my purchase because it was falling off. Pauli ford was looking into the motor. I have not had this car very long and I am not hanging out of the roof 🤣 which leads me to believe one of their service men damaged it. Maybe on purpose because last visit I had to file a claim? Anyways, I’m stuck with a ( new to me) car that has a beautiful moonroof that I can’t use. Update: the service manager, MIKE at pauli ford in st johns called me and was very argumentative and disrespectful. He had no solution, he just wanted to argue. save yourself a headache

After leasing a Ford Escape, my husband and I decided to look for a larger SUV to transport grandkids and all our "stuff". We found a used Buick Enclave and it was amazing! Kevin McCrackin is a joy to work with and the entire dealership was very accommodating. I was able to drive it to Grand Rapids and had my mechanics there go over it with a fine tooth comb. The final price reflected a discount for the few minor things my mechanics found, and I was very satisfied when the deal was finalized. I would highly recommend Pauli Ford for any vehicle needs you may have. The folks there are fair, friendly, and very professional.

We stopped by to look at a used vehicle. This dealership is roomy and open. Frank Pauli is friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a new demo 2018 F-150 with just over 2200 miles on it. This was an enjoyable buying experience. My wife and I (and our puppy too) really like these people.
