This is my second vehicle that I have leased from Pauli Ford, and both experiences have been really great! The sales team does a great job answering questions, letting you test drive the vehicles, and allow you to move on purchasing a vehicle once you are ready without any annoying texts, follow up calls or constant emails. This dealership is great, has a nice, friendly small town feel and treats you with respect!

I purchased my vehicle from Pauli Ford in 2011. Since then I've only had it serviced there, for regular oil changes, new tires, new brakes, and recently, a new battery. Staff are friendly, helpful and have never tried to oversell me something I didn't need. When the vehicle required new tires they looked online for the best deal. When I got new brakes they offered a rebate. When I was on a road trip with my kids and the check engine light came on I called Pauli Ford and they walked me through how to turn it off (there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle). I highly recommend them. The only issue I have is with Ford itself - I wish they hadn't re-designed the Escape or I would buy a new one.

Experience was great. It was worth the hour and a half drive. They stayed open late for me and were very accommodating . My son loves his new but old tahoe. Its an olde but goodie. Thanks!
