I recommend Kevin McCrackin at Pauli Ford.

I have been dealing with Kevin McCrackin at Pauli Ford for 25+ years. I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Escape. Kevin was terrific in assisting us with the ordering process and guiding us through the return process for our Ford Fusion lease vehicle that the Escape replaced. Kevin is always great in answering all our questions…never any high pressure sales. He always makes car buying a fun experience. He always checks in with us after the sale to make sure all is going well with the new car. I highly recommend Kevin for your next purchase or lease from Pauli Ford.

Robert was ready and waiting for me.

Robert was ready and waiting for me. We actually had most of the paperwork done over the phone so it went smooth when I signed and got my new car. The color is fantastic. Thank you Robert and Justin.

Happy with the sale and service on my new Ford edg

Esp. the salesman has been helpful, even later. He helped me with the Ford Pass. He had a smile but wasn't push so I will consider this store again.

Terrible at diagnosis of vehicle.

Terrible with diagnostics. Gave wrong price and didn't even check my fluid levels the first time. Told me one price and jacked it.up afterwards. Not honest.

I had contacted Cher at the dealership to check into

I had contacted Cher at the dealership to check into pricing on a new suv lease and to also see if they would buy out the current lease I wanted to end. From the first conversation he was very throughout answered all my questions was very upfront with me about what to expect with the way the market is currently so there was no surprises for me. I ended up ordering an explorer he kept in touch throughout the build and upon receiving my vehicle into the dealership. Once I went to the dealership to sign and take ownership of my new car they were great. Very humble down to earth explained everything didn’t try to throw in a bunch of things I didn’t want nor need. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the process I would highly recommend even the finance manager I worked with was friendly, down to earth and kind. Customer service goes along way in todays world and they definitely have good people here. Will definitely be going back in the future. Also convinced my mother to order her next Car too.
