Sonata
I went there earlier this month and I can?t complain. I was treated well and with respect. Everyone was really friendly and always said hello (almost kinda creepy, ha ha!). The process was pretty efficient. It did take some time, but it could have been worse. The best part of it all was the test drive. I didn?t want to go on it at first, but the sales person insisted I did. I intended on getting the Elantra, but from the test drive, it didn?t fit me (I?m pretty tall). I also test drove the Sonata and it was a perfect fit! Even though it was pretty busy out there, I felt like I was the only one they were attending too. They got me for life! The financing program I got into was even better than what I budgeted for with the Elantra. Good stuff!

My new Toucson!
I?ve had my heart dead set on a Hyundai for the last couple of months. I visited 3 total. Rick Case was the one I chose because they were the easiest to work with. I went to Potamkin and Coconut Creek and it was a task to get an available sales person to listen to what I really wanted. They kept pushing for me to spend a little more on extra features I really didn?t need. The lady that helped me at Rick Case, Shelly, was phenomenal! Felt like I was talking to a buddy of mine. She let me ask all the questions I wanted and if she didn?t know the information, she found out for me within the course of my visit. While I was waiting for paperwork, I didn?t actually have to leave the dealership to go eat. They had a little cafe right there in the dealership. It was pretty convenient. The other two dealerships just offered bottled water, nothing exciting. But I?m very happy with the choice I had. Wouldn?t second guess it!

2013 Azera
Purchased the 2013 Hyundai Azera Thursday evening from a great Young woman named Caroline Gonzalez. Great person to work with and really worked hard to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. So far at this point it has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Love the car, (Best kept Secret in the automotive world) and even the Finance Manager Sophia was honest and enjoyable to deal with. Keep up the great work!

After shopping there this weekend, I wouldn't go anywhere else, selections beyond what you can imagine. Don Leighton and Daniel Fonte made the purchasing experience wonderful, and Sofia Sanchez, went above and beyond to get me the best deal ever, even after doing the sale, went above to get me better financing, the next day. Car Shopping
I am a recent college graduate and I went car shopping for the first time. I was refered by some friends to check out the Hyundai dealership. I was welcomed with open arms but not harrassed like some of the other dealerships I visited. The gentlemen at the front were very adamant about working out a deal on a Genesis coupe for me, but I wasn't ready to buy. Even after I left the dealership, they followed up with emails and phone calls. I'm still saving up for a down payment in the next couple of months, but I think I might go back when im ready. The process seems kinda length, but afterall, this is my first car.

great experience
I purchased a new Sonata over the weekend and my experience was nothing short of an experience. I worked with some really polite and personable sales people and they were able to answer any questions that I had. The process was kind of lengthy but it was worth it. I know in the future I shouldn't have problems. Thank you Rick Case Hyundai!

Service and purchasing at Rick Case
We have 2 cars from Rick Case in Davie and have just purchased a third, as Sonata Hybrid. When we bought the first car 6 years ago, there was some difficulty with the sale. However, having just bought the third car from Carlos Alvarez, I have nothing but praise. The deal first offered was a bit high, but Carlos worked with us to reach a very fair deal based on the research I had done. I recommend the Rick Case and Carlos highly. I have had the other cars serviced at Rick Case and am quite pleased with the results. Cory Wells, our service writer, does not try to sell what is not needed and makes sure repairs are done correctly. I recommend him highly.

Unhappy Outcome
Had a problem with my certified car right after I bought it a little over 4 months ago. Explanation was, they couldn't remedy the problem, but would find another car for me. They went back on their word. I would never recommend them. I am seeking to trade my car in at another dealer. Very very unhappy with Rick Case Dealership in Weston. AND I purchased 2 cars that day. Big mistake!
