Future Nissan of Folsom

I had a scheduled oil change at Folsom Nissan. They were nice & pleasant. They checked me in and kept me updated through the process.

I brought my car for an unscheduled Express service and I was greeted with a smile and professionalism of the service staff. My car was ready as promised and I thanked Melody S. for doing a great job.

service advisor Edgar Carmona was personable & helpful. Work that wasn't necessary, wasn't done. Specials that I was not aware of, were offered. I was extremely impressed overall!

Great job start to finish all recall items completed, took me home and picked me up when job was complete, nice visit withe driver Bill. Car was cleaned inside and out. Would recommend Future Nissan of Folsom

Leaf Lease by Mike of Folsom This was several firsts for us - first time to Future Nissan of Folsom - first lease - first electric car. Great place to go, very satisified with sales staff with one exception. Purchased a used 2015 Nissan Versa S and didn't realize it doesn't come with a remote key. When I asked the sales rep where I could go to have one made that would be less expensive than the dealership, he recommended a type of business that could do that. What I wasn't told, was that the Versa S is not wired for remotes. It doesn't even have an inside the car trunk opener! Love the car though and like the cvt type transmission.

Danny Ochoa and Michael Fa provided excellent service. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed my experience in purchasing an automobile. These two gentlemen were courteous, knowledgeable and most of all professional. I was also pleased that it did not take all day to purchase my car. I am very happy with my car. Danny Ochoa is the best salesperson that I have worked with. He knew what we were looking for. When I got to the dealership, the car was ready, and only took a little time to sign all the paperwork. Danny had all the other paperwork ready when I got there. We will definitely buy our second car at Future Nissan.
