Excellent overall we were searching for a new SUV. ...

Excellent overall we were searching for a new SUV. Picked the grand cherokee. They were very quick on negotiating price and explaining options, knowledgable of the vehicle, allowed us to drive several without a salesman. They gave us an excellent price and the best trade in allowance of any dealer we talked to. At the final signing of the papers there was an issue with the final price that they resolved in a matter of minutes. I would buy from them again.

Very Highly Recommend St. Charles CDJ

Best place to purchase a car!!! Blas Cielo was honest and helped us through the whole process. He was a true gentleman. Norma Lara was fantastic and got us financing that we could not believe. All around a class act - not your usual car buying experience. These people care!

Awesome Experience

Purchased a Toyota Rav in July 2011.Not happy with overall performance. Have always like Jeep Wrangler. Came into St Charles Dodge and Jeep. With the awesome individuals, James and Alex. They were both terrific. Christian Laurean didn't make the sale but he is an awesome individual. Overall experience was 10 stars. Would recommend dealership to everyone looking for a vehicle

Very Helpfull

We had some trouble finding a car due to short supply. Joe Lara went out of his way to locate a car and picked me up from work when it arrived.

This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever...

This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had attempting to purchase a used vehicle. I arrived with my trade-ins late on a Saturday afternoon and was unable to reach an agreement on price and subsequently left the dealership. On Monday afternoon I received a call from the salesperson that assisted me and asked if we could revisit the deal. After 4 phone calls we verbally reached an agreement and I confirmed the price and stated that I would be in later in the day to finalize the deal. I again called one hour prior to leaving for the dealership and confirmed price and terms. Upon arrival at the dealership I waited 2 hours, only to be told that they could not live with the pricing they had agreed to over the telephone. The manager that had signed off on the pricing could not be found so I was forced to speak with the used car buyer, who ultimately did not have decision making authority. Although my Carfax and Autocheck was clean, I was told that "A BMW DEALERSHIP" told them verbally that the car was in an accident, which was a fabricated statement. It became immediately clear that there was activity on the vehicle I was attempting to purchase, as the internet price the next business day was increased by $1000.00. I certainly do not begrudge a dealership the ability to maximize profits, but I do not beleive it is a good business practice to make a deal, have a customer drive 15 miles, sit for 2 hours and then fabricate information so that they can walk away from the deal they made. On a positive note, my salesperson Christian and his counterpart James were extremely professional and attempted to make the experience comfortable.

Purchased 2 autos

Recently purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Larado for my Grand-daughter and the experience was great. This was her first vehicle and they treated like a queen. I was impressed with the salesperson, Bob Dale, so about 6 weeks later I went back and he sold me a 2011 Town & Country. Pete Szabo St Charles, IL

Very happy customer

I received a letter about a poosible refinance to lower my current high rate or purchase a new car. Christian was fantastic. He showed me a great car that I could afford. He was completely understanding regarding my financial nervousness. They were able to get me a new car VERY close to my current payment after all taxes and fees. I am very, very happy!
