Flat tire, busy day, tried partially unsuccessfully to repair at home, daelership picked up my car at work, repaired it fully and returned it to me free of charge (again) before my shift over and did so with kindness respect and efficiency -- who wouldn't want to have an ally like that in your corner on a crazy day!

Good Experience (with a suggestion)
Came in for oil, lube, filter, and tire rotation with a coupon. Tire rotation was not necessary and I was given coupon price sans rotation. Thank you! The Colorado oil filter is positioned in a way that removal causes oil to drip on a cross member which in turn drips on my garage floor. It would be nice if the tech would wipe this off after installing a new filter without being asked, which i neglected to do this time. It would be nice touch if done on all oil changes where this is a problem.

Great service
Steve Lampman was the best salesman. I got the car that I wanted without high pressure sales tactics. He spent a lot of time with me but I never felt I was taking up his time.

Great car at a great price with great service.
Everyone at Graff Okemos was helpful throughout this process of selecting and buying a new Chevrolet. Of course having Steve Lapman as our salesman made it much easier. My wife and I have bought many cars from Steve over the years and will most likely buy many more. Another factor for us is that in the past 3 months we had two separate service incidences with our 2011 Cruze and 2012 Volt. In both cases your service department was outstanding. Great service!
We got there 45 minutes early for our appointment, but they still accommodated us and still had us out of there within 30 minutes. They are so nice and knowledgeable, and they have a really nice waiting room. We had our kids with us, so it helps to have a TV right there to entertain them (and us) while we wait. Also, the young man who came and got us after it was done answered a couple questions we had about our vehicle. Thank you!
