I bought my second pickup truck from J & C about a month and a half ago. I set up an appointment to test drive the truck and unfortunately I came down with covid before I could get there. John held the truck for me for over a month, had the paperwork ready when I finally got there for the test drive and ready to go. I would not have had that kind of service anywhere else. John and his staff are friendly and professional folks. Should I ever be in the market for another vehicle no doubt who I will buy it from. Great people and great service.

I bought a 2007 lexus LS460 back in september 2018,John the proprietor was ok ,we made a deal on the car and he told me that i had a good deal ..until i got back to New York City and seen the car needed some costly repairs.Leaving the dealership on the way back to New York,i get an oil light on saying add oil immediately! i was nervous and went to a service station and had to add a quart of oil ,that was the 1st bad thing. John did mention that it may need some brakes & Rotors so the next day, i got the brakes/rotors dont & the problem still persisted with the vibrating .The mechanic said the upper & lower control arms was shot and needed to be replaced! i had replaced the whole front end!to add insult to injury after that was done, i heard a strange noise in the steering & it was brought to my attention that the rack & pinion had to be replaced,if you dont know how much and electronic rack or a 2007 lexus ls460 please,call lexus & find out.oh,it gets worse...my sunroof wasnt working ,which John told me that it didnt so i ordered a sunroof motor for the sunroof & still that didnt work..my tech found that odd .so he went deeper & found a bunch of wiring that was all ravaged & taken apart which was strange..he noticed IT WAS A BULLET THAT WAS LODGED INTO THE ROOF BY THE WIRES FOLLOWED BY A BULLET HOLE! the sunroof wasnt working because there was a bullet lodged into to sunroof frame which causes the wiring to split..needless to say,the car still burns oil after 1000 miles and i guess im stuck with a car that i dumped a whole bunch of money into..other than the flawless body/interior on this car,this car has a story only the dealership knows.

We purchased another used truck from John at J&C Used Vehicles. There was a vibration that could not be worked out by balance so John authorized new tires to be installed and new sensors in each wheel. No more vibration and the tire light is off. They always take care of us after the sale. When we need another vehicle, we will purchase from them again.

I have bought 3 cars from John during the past several years. Two of these cars were for my kids. Each car was fairly priced and all three have been very reliable. John has delivered on everything he promised. When my need arises in the future I will certainly head back to J & C Auto Sales to look for my next used car. Thanks John

Amazing people, amazing business. I got a great deal on a 2001 Honda Accord (MANUAL Shift!!!). They worked with me a little on the price and I drove away with an amazing car. I definitely would recommend.
