Overall the purchase experience was awful. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Until German Concepts, I have never felt like I was looked down on for being a woman without my husband with me. There were several things wrong with the car that I wanted fixed and all I got was an oh well and a shrug. When it was all said and done all was said was "Bye". No thank you, no if you need anything in the future call us, nothing. Overall I would give this whole experience a 1. I will never be buying another car from German Concepts.

I LOVE GERMAN CONCEPTS
I bought my first car at German Concepts. The process was simple and very transparent. I bought a 2007 BMW X3 for a great price. The price was well below the NADA value and John, the owner, walked me through every step of the sales process. I had such a good buying experience that now I do ALL of my service work here as well!

Stay Away! My nightmare with German Concepts
This is going to be a long review however it may save you alot of money and trouble so feel free to read my terrible experience with German Concepts. I wish I had seen a post like this before I purchased my car here so I will make this as detailed as possible to hopefully save others the issues that I dealt with from buying a car here. March 1st, 2018 I purchased a Capri Blue 2010 GLK 350 4matic with 89,000 miles from German Concepts. I originally stopped in to test drive a white 2012 glk 350 and spoke with store manager John Ferguson about how I really liked the GLKs and was hoping to purchase one soon. We sat down to work out financing on a white 2012 glk 350, unfortunatley I could not get approved on that one. John tells me about a 2010 Capri Blue GLK 350 that he would like to show me as it was a few thousand dollars cheaper due to higher mileage and older year. He proceeded to show me that it had some minor body damage (small paint chips, small dents rear quater panel) and that he could come lower on the price if I wanted to purchases without the body work being fixed. I explained that I was completely fine with the body stuff and I was more concerned with mechanical issues and dependability. As it came time to test drive the 2010 blue GLK 350 he explained it was on its way back from the gas station so that it had gas in it for me to drive. I test drove the car and it drove fine (engine was fully warmed up when i got in the car to drive). He assured me that he had driven this car for a couple days to work and home and it had no issues and a thorough inspection would be performed before he would even sell me the car. He claimed the car drove great and had no issues but would get in touch with me the next day after the inspection had been completed. The next day I recieved a call that he managed to get me approved on the blue 2010 GLK 350 and wanted me to come in and talk details about purchasing it. I came in and told him I would love to buy it my only concern was if it had any mechanical issues at all because I needed a dependable winter car and I could not afford to shell out a bunch of money on repairs. He gurantees me that the inspection came back nearly flawless, that the only issue was that a right mirror turn signal bulb was out and everything else checked out perfectly fine with no issues. I agreed to purchase the car and drove it home the same day. The very next morning I get in the car to drive to work and notice after starting it extremely loud vibrations throughout the entire car shaking the steering wheel and all of the seats. This was in combination with a high pitched squealing from under the hood that only weny away after the car was warmed up. It was about 35 degrees outside and this was my first cold start since purchasing the car. On my way to work I called John Ferguson and mentioned that I wanted to bring the car in to have it looked at because it did not sound or feel safe. I told him that it felt like maybe motor mounts or transmission mount that had gone bad. I dropped it off overnight and waited for a call from German Concepts on what the issues were. I later recieved a call from their service department and to my suprise was told the car would need close to two thousand dollars ($1900.00) of work to possibly take care of the vibrations. 2k of work that was somehow magically overlooked during the time John had drove it and during the extensive pre sale inspection. The service tech explained this would include: 2 new motor mounts, new transmission mount, new serpentine belt, and a new tensioner pulley, as well as the cost of the inspection itself (over $100). The service tech asked me if I would like them to move foward with the repairs. I could not believe my ears!! Absolutley not I said and requested to speak with the manager John Ferguson about this problem. He stated that John was gone for the day and I could leave a message on his phone if id like. I left John a message explaining the list of r

German Concepts/Asian Concepts
Great car buying experience Here. Rob Risner was our salesman and was very helpful throughout. He pointed out flaws of the car that we were looking at bringing dents/scratches to our attention as well as any price that could come off the total price of the vehicle. His honesty and straightforwardness is a large reason as to why we felt comfortable buying from here. It's often hard to trust dealerships but the employees were very helpful without being pushy. I would highly recommend them. He also bought me several sodas throughout the process which was thoughtful and appreciated.

Great Sales & Service
I bought my Mercedes fro Mark at German Concepts and he handled it really well. I did not feel pressured and he got me exactly what I wanted. I have since serviced it there for years and Jeff and Kevin have taken great care of me. I have them detail it twice a year as well and it looks like new after they are done with it. They really do seem to care about going the extra mile for their customers. I would highly recommend them for all of your needs.

Fantastic Service!!
I purchased my VW Beetle from German Concepts and it was an easy buying experience and I did not feel pressured at all. I have now had it for a few years and I service it there as well. Jeff and Kevin have been great in service. I do not feel pressured to do anything that is not needed. I feel I can trust them and I enjoy going there.

Go here, not to Grape Road
I was disgusted by the brazenness of the hard-sell guys on Grape Road. The difference in attitude at German Concepts was such a relief. German Concepts gives used car dealers a good name! I really appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

Awesome experience
Sid and Mark did a great job making us feel at ease about our purchase. They were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. This is our 2nd vehicle we have purchased from them and we will continue to go back to them for our new purchase needs. Thank you Sid and Mark.

Positive Experience - Would recommend
The sales rep was responsive (he returned my calls and emails quickly). They worked with me on price. They found a better financing deal than what my bank could offer. When it was time to close the deal they had all the paperwork ready to go. From my standpoint it was a quick and almost effortless car buying experience. I would recommend them.

Horrible Service
I was shopping for a car and I had gone in to talk them down on the price on the car I had my eye on. I had spoke with the owner and he had told me he runs an honest business and he gave me the price I wanted and told me tax and title out the door and gave me a print out to take to the bank. I went back the next day to get a purchase agreement and they told me there was no way they could do that price and they made a mistake and if I purchased at full price I would get two free oil changes. Not to mention no one answers the phone. Worst experience ever.

We did make an error in printing a quote for the customer and did everything we could to make it right. We had the #1 priced car in the area and verbally talked about the price several times with the customer. Someone was filling in and accidentally printed the wrong price on a quote for the customer but all of the verbal conversation had been at the correct price. As soon as we realized the error we did everything we could to make things right but unfortunately with our price already being the lowest we were unable to get the price down to the incorrectly printed price. Again we are sorry for the mistake but we did everything we could to make it right.
