Wonderful experience

I truly feel as if my salesman was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicles as well as the numbers which was extremely important for me. I had lots of questions and he answered them to where I could easily understand and reasons as to why.

Justin Perez was amazing!

I came to Sundance looking for a used car and Justin Perez was busy but took the time to help me find my car. We looked at a few and then found the one I really liked. I have horrible credit and he got it done for me and even stayed after close to wait for me to pick up my car. shopping fora new Chevy 1500 truck

Mistakes were made when I purchased my New Truck. One phone call and all problems were taken care of! I'm completely satisfied and they went out of their way to make the purchase right.

Terrible Experience

I walked in one day and no one had offer me any assistance, when i was being helped i was being urged to leave money for them to even hold a vehicle for me as well. I have not even seen the vehicle or test drove it, came in to see if i could get a pre-approval and that also took a large amount of time and still have not yet heard from them. This was a terrible experience.

Best. Car. Ever.

The dealer shipped my car to me, waited in the hot sun as I took her for drive and was very clear on all the paper work. I hope to work with Him again on my next car. I recommend Sundance to anyone looking to get there next car.

Phil is the best

My husband and I were not easy customers. We went on multiple test drives of many different cars over many months. We wanted to make sure we found the perfect vehicle. Phil had that same goal. He never pressured us to buy anything we didn't want but really listened to what we were looking for and stayed patient through our months of looking. Happy to say we are thrilled to have our new vehicle. Many thanks Phil, you're the best.

Positive experience

Interactions with all staff members involved in the sale were positive and friendly. My late husband and I have purchased automobiles at Sundance with the assistance of John Loveless for many years and were always pleased with the service he provided. I contacted John when I decided to trade in my husband's GMC Sierra for a smaller truck and was again given excellent service. John is friendly, knowledgeable, fun to work with and goes "above and beyond" in meeting customer satisfaction. I do not remember the name of the young man(perhaps Jordan Dixon so I will check his name below) who reviewed all the car systems and assisted with the setup of OnStar and Blue Tooth. He gave an excellent tutorial.
