My wife and I live in Wisconsin, but Team One Chevrolet

My wife and I live in Wisconsin, but Team One Chevrolet in Charlotte, Michigan had exactly the Corvette that we wanted. Although we were over 300 miles away, Drew, Cole, Simon, and Mike at Team One treated us as though we lived next door. A few days later we were driving home in our new car and couldn't be happier with the entire experience and transaction. Matt even recommended a great spot to stop for lunch on the way home! It was worth our drive to deal with the great folks at Team One.

best car buying experience ever.

best car buying experience ever. Drew did a good job of making the deal happen. Financing with Simon went great. no problems or issues. overall very satisfied. usually when buying a new car or truck i feel as though i have been taken advantage of. It wasnt that way with your dealership, we appreciate that

Car repair - high pressure power steering line

I had my car in for an oil change (2/12/2024) during the visit I was told the high pressure power steering line was leaking. I set up an appointment to have it repaired and should expect to leave it for the day as it would take about 6 hours. I dropped my car off at 9:00 am for my appointment (2/19/2024). I finally called around 4:00 to find out that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day as authorization from Zurich had only been received that afternoon. My issue: I would have expected that knowing what the repair was on my car, authorization would have already requested so repairs could start when I dropped my car off at my appointed time and could be completed the same day. Now I'm without my car for 2 days instead of the expected one. This to me was very poor planning and didn't set to will with me and also was an added inconvenience for me.

My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One.

My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One. We literally sent in the build we wanted and waited 5 months for it to be delivered. When we picked it up, it didn't have the rear entertainment screens we had ordered. The salesman tried to say he thought we didn't order it then seemed to realize he messed up and told us we could get factory GM screens installed and he would order them for us. We had the option to reject the car at this point but he admitted (in writing) we could get GM factory screens so we agreed to have them ordered and he said it would be a few months. After a few months, he didn't respond to any emails we sent. Turns out, Team One told us they can't install the screens after they build the car. So the salesman LIED to us in order to get us to keep an $80K vehicle. The GM told us that there wasn't much he could do because we "owned the car for 8 months at that point". We kept the car because their salesman lied to us. We will never buy another car from Team One and will tell everyone we know not to. Such a terrible experience when we paid $80K cash for a car we specifically ordered and the management didn't care one bit.
